Abstract:
(EN) The present invention provides a production method that is capable of more simply and efficiently producing a fluorine-containing pyrazole carboxylic acid halide that is useful as a pharmaceutical or agrochemical intermediate. The present invention relates to a method of producing a compound represented by formula (a) by reacting a compound represented by formula (c) and a halogenating agent in a non-aqueous system. (in the formulas, R1 is a fluoroalkyl group comprising 1–3 carbon atoms, R2 is a hydrogen atom or an alkyl group comprising 1–6 carbon atoms, R3 is an alkyl group comprising 1–6 carbon atoms, and X is a halogen atom).
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé de production qui est capable de produire plus simplement et efficacement un halogénure d'acide carboxylique de pyrazole contenant du fluor qui est utile en tant qu'intermédiaire pharmaceutique ou agrochimique. La présente invention concerne un procédé de production d'un composé représenté par la formule (a) par la réaction d'un composé représenté par la formule (c) et d'un agent d'halogénation dans un système non aqueux. (Dans les formules, R 1 est un groupe fluoroalkyle comprenant de 1 à 3 atomes de carbone, R 2 représente un atome d'hydrogène ou un groupe alkyle comprenant de 1 à 6 atomes de carbone, R 3 représente un groupe alkyle comprenant de 1 à 6 atomes de carbone, et X représente un atome d'halogène).
