Abstract:
(EN) The purpose of the present invention is to provide a display device equipped with a touch panel in which it is possible to obtain a desired touch detection performance even in the case of a panel having increased size and resolution. This display device equipped with a touch panel is provided with an active matrix substrate (1). The active matrix substrate (1) is provided with a plurality of pixel electrodes, a plurality of opposing electrodes (21),and an insulating film (46) provided between the pixel electrodes and the opposing electrodes (21), said elements being provided on a substrate (40). The active matrix substrate (1) is also provided with a plurality of signal lines (22) connected to one of the plurality of opposing electrodes (21), a plurality of switching elements connected to each of the plurality of pixel electrodes, and an organic insulating film (45) provided between the pixel electrodes and the signal lines (22) and switching elements. The signal lines (22) are in contact with the substrate (40).
(FR) Le but de la présente invention est de fournir un dispositif d'affichage équipé d'un panneau tactile dans lequel il est possible d'obtenir une performance de détection tactile désirée même dans le cas d'un panneau ayant une taille et une résolution accrues. Ce dispositif d'affichage équipé d'un écran tactile est pourvu d'un substrat à matrice active (1). Le substrat de matrice active (1) est pourvu d'une pluralité d'électrodes de pixels, d'une pluralité d'électrodes opposées (21) et d'un film isolant (46) disposé entre les électrodes de pixels et les électrodes opposées (21), lesdits éléments étant disposés sur un substrat (40). Le substrat de matrice active (1) est également pourvu d'une pluralité de lignes de signal (22) connectées à l'une de la pluralité d'électrodes opposées (21), une pluralité d'éléments de commutation connectés à chacune de la pluralité d'électrodes de pixels, et un film isolant organique (45) disposé entre les électrodes de pixels et les lignes de signaux (22) et les éléments de commutation. Les lignes de signaux (22) sont en contact avec le substrat (40).
(JA) 本発明は、大型化及び高精細化されたパネルであっても、所望のタッチ検出性能を得ることができるタッチパネル付き表示装置を提供することを目的とする。本発明のタッチパネル付き表示装置はアクティブマトリクス基板(1)を備える。アクティブマトリクス基板(1)は、基板(40)の上に、複数の画素電極、複数の対向電極(21)、画素電極と対向電極(21)との間に設けられた絶縁膜(46)を備える。また、アクティブマトリクス基板(1)は、複数の対向電極(21)のいずれかと接続された複数の信号線(22)と、複数の画素電極のそれぞれに接続された複数のスイッチング素子と、画素電極と信号線(22)及びスイッチング素子との間に設けられた有機系絶縁膜(45)とを備える。信号線(22)は、基板(40)に接している。
