Abstract:
(EN) The objective of the invention is to provide an activated carbon production method capable of producing activated carbon that can be uniformly fired and molded, and whereof the quality is stable. The method comprises: a plasticizing and compacting step of plasticizing and compacting a mixture of wood material and phosphate compound, using a uniaxial or biaxial extruder-kneader under pressing and heating conditions until the loss on heating at 140°C for 30 minutes is between 10% by mass and 25% by mass exclusive, to obtain a carbon material; an adjustment step of heat-treating, until the loss on heating at 140°C for 30 minutes is between 3% by mass and 12% by mass exclusive, the carbon material that has undergone the plasticizing and compacting step; and an activation processing step of activating, under a heating condition of between 400°C and 600°C inclusive, the carbon material that has undergone the plasticizing and compacting step.
(FR) L'objectif de l'invention est de fournir un procédé de production de charbon actif capable de produire du charbon actif qui peut être uniformément cuit et moulé, et dont la qualité est stable. Le procédé comprend : une étape de plastification et de compactage consistant à plastifier et à compacter un mélange de matériau de bois et de composé de phosphate, à l'aide d'un extrudeur-malaxeur uniaxial ou biaxial dans des conditions de pressage et de chauffage jusqu'à ce que la perte lors d'un chauffage à 140 °C pendant 30 minutes soit comprise entre 10 % en masse et 25 % en masse exclusivement, pour obtenir un matériau carboné; une étape d'ajustement du traitement thermique, jusqu'à ce que la perte de chauffage à 140 °C pendant 30 minutes soit comprise entre 3 % en masse et 12 % en masse exclusivement, la matière carbonée qui a subi l'étape de plastification et de compactage; et une étape de traitement d'activation consistant à activer, dans des conditions de chauffage comprises entre 400 °C et 600 °C inclus, la matière carbonée ayant subi l'étape de plastification et de compactage.
(JA) 均質に焼成、成型でき、品質の安定した活性炭を製造できる活性炭の製造方法を提供すること。木質材料とリン酸化合物との混合物を、一軸または二軸押出混練機にて加圧・加熱条件下に140℃、30分での加熱減量が10質量%を超えて25質量%未満になるまで可塑化、圧密化した炭素質材料を得る可塑化・圧密化工程と、可塑化・圧密化工程を経た炭素質材料を、140℃、30分での加熱減量が3質量%を超えて12質量%未満になるまで加熱処理する調整工程と、可塑化・圧密化工程を経た炭素質材料を400℃以上600℃以下の加熱条件で賦活する賦活処理工程とを行う。
