Abstract:
(EN) [Problem] To provide a heat-shrinkable film that exhibits little change in film properties following aging and is resistant to tearing even when stored or used in a high-temperature location. [Solution] A heat-shrinkable film characterized by satisfying the following conditions (1) to (6): (1) the glass transition temperature (Tg) is between 90°C and 140°C; (2) there is no more than 12% shrinkage in the main shrinkage direction of the film when treated in 80°C glycerin for 10 seconds; (3) there is no more than 12% shrinkage in the direction orthogonal to the main shrinkage direction of the film when treated in 140°C glycerin for 10 seconds; (4) there is between 30% and 80% shrinkage in the main shrinkage direction of the film when treated in 140°C glycerin for 10 seconds; (5) the tensile elongation at break is at least 10% in both the main shrinkage direction of the film and the direction orthogonal to the main shrinkage direction following aging for 672 hours in an atmosphere having a temperature of 50°C and a relative humidity of 70%; and (6) the difference between the shrinkage at 140°C in the main shrinkage direction of the film following aging for 672 hours in an atmosphere having a temperature of 50°C and a relative humidity of 70% and the shrinkage at 140°C in the main shrinkage direction of the film prior to aging is no more than 5%.
(FR) Le problème décrit par la présente invention est de fournir un film thermorétractable qui fait preuve de peu de changement des propriétés de film suite au vieillissement et qui est résistant à la déchirure même lorsqu’il est stocké ou utilisé dans un lieu sous haute température. La solution selon la présente invention porte sur un film thermorétractable caractérisé en ce qu’il satisfait les conditions suivantes (1) à (6) : (1) la température de transition vitreuse (Tg) est comprise entre 90 °C et 140 °C ; (2) pas plus de 12 % de retrait n'apparaît dans le sens principal de retrait du film lorsqu’il est traité dans de la glycérine à 80 °C pendant 10 secondes ; (3) pas plus de 12 % de retrait n'apparaît dans le sens orthogonal au sens principal de retrait du film lorsqu’il est traité dans de la glycérine à 140 °C pendant 10 secondes ; (4) entre 30 % et 80 % de retrait apparaît dans le sens principal de retrait du film lorsqu’il est traité dans de la glycérine à 140 °C pendant 10 secondes ; (5) l’allongement en traction à la rupture est d’au moins 10 % dans à la fois le sens principal de retrait du film et le sens orthogonal au sens principal de retrait suite au vieillissement pendant 672 heures sous une atmosphère présentant une température de 50 °C et une humidité relative de 70 % ; et (6) la différence entre le retrait à 140 °C dans le sens principal de retrait du film suite au vieillissement pendant 672 heures sous une atmosphère ayant une température de 50 °C et une humidité relative de 70 % et le retrait à 140 °C dans le sens principal de retrait du film avant le vieillissement n’étant pas supérieure à 5 %.
(JA) 【課題】エージング後のフィルム物性変化が少ない上、高温な場所で保管や使用をしてもフィルムが破れ難い熱収縮性フィルムを提供する。 【解決手段】 下記要件(1)~(6)を満たすことを特徴とする熱収縮性フィルム。 (1)ガラス転移温度(Tg)が90℃以上140℃以下である (2)80℃のグリセリン中で10秒間に亘って処理した場合におけるフィルム主収縮方向の収縮率が12%以下である (3)140℃のグリセリン中で10秒間に亘って処理した場合におけるフィルム主収縮方向に対する直交方向の収縮率が12%以下である (4)140℃のグリセリン中で10秒間に亘って処理した場合におけるフィルム主収縮方向の収縮率が30%以上80%以下である (5)温度50℃・相対湿度70%の雰囲気下で672時間エージング後のフィルム主収縮方向、及び主収縮方向に対する直交方向の引張破断伸度が共に10%以上である (6)温度50℃・相対湿度70%の雰囲気下で672時間エージング後のフィルム主収縮方向の140℃収縮率と、エージング前のフィルム主収縮方向の140℃収縮率の差が5%以下である
