Abstract:
(EN) The time needed for vehicle height adjustment is shortened even when air in a tank is insufficient. This air suspension system is provided with air suspensions 1, 2 that adjust vehicle height in accordance with the supply and exhaust of air, a compressor 3 that compresses air, a tank 4 that stores compressed air, a first passage 6 connecting the tank 4 and a discharge side of the compressor 3, and a second passage 7 connecting the air suspensions 1, 2 and the discharge side of the compressor 3. Midway through the first passage 6 is provided a first dryer 10 that dries air flowing through the first passage 6, and midway through the second passage 7 is provided a second dryer 11 that dries air flowing through the second passage 7. Compressed air produced from outside air drawn into the compressor 3 can thereby be dried in the second dryer 11 and directly supplied to air chambers 1C, 2C of the air suspensions 1, 2.
(FR) Le temps nécessaire pour le réglage de la hauteur de véhicule est raccourci même lorsque l'air dans un réservoir est insuffisant. Ce système de suspension pneumatique est pourvu de suspensions pneumatiques 1, 2 qui règlent la hauteur de véhicule conformément à l'apport et à l'échappement d'air, d'un compresseur 3 qui comprime l'air, d'un réservoir 4 qui stocke de l'air comprimé, d'un premier passage 6 reliant le réservoir 4 et un côté refoulement du compresseur 3 et un second passage 7 reliant les suspensions pneumatiques 1, 2 et le côté refoulement du compresseur 3. À mi-chemin du premier passage 6 se trouve un premier séchoir 10 qui sèche l'air s'écoulant dans le premier passage 6, et à mi-chemin du second passage 7 se trouve un second séchoir 11 qui sèche l'air s'écoulant dans le second passage 7. L'air comprimé produit à partir de l'air extérieur aspiré dans le compresseur 3 peut ainsi être séché dans le second séchoir 11 et directement apporté aux chambres d'air 1C, 2C des suspensions pneumatiques 1, 2.
(JA) タンク内の空気が不足した場合でも、車高調整に要する時間を短縮する。 空気の給排に応じて車高調整を行うエアサスペンション1,2と、空気を圧縮するコンプレッサ3と、圧縮された空気を蓄えるタンク4と、コンプレッサ3の吐出側とタンク4との間を接続する第1通路6と、コンプレッサ3の吐出側とエアサスペンション1,2との間を接続する第2通路7とを備え、第1通路6の途中には、第1通路6を流れる空気を乾燥させる第1のドライヤ10が設けられ、第2通路7の途中には、第2通路7を流れる空気を乾燥させる第2のドライヤ11が設けられる。これにより、コンプレッサ3により外気を吸込んで生成された圧縮空気を、第2のドライヤ11で乾燥させてエアサスペンション1,2のエア室1C,2Cに直接的に供給することができる。
