Abstract:
(EN) The present invention addresses the problem of providing a method for producing vanadium dioxide-containing particles having a narrow range of transition temperatures. This method for producing vanadium dioxide-containing particles is a method for producing thermochromic vanadium dioxide-containing particles, and is characterized by comprising: a step for preparing a reaction solution containing a vanadium-containing compound, a non-vanadium element A selected from among elements belonging to Group V or VI of the Periodic Table of the Elements, an element B selected from among elements belonging to Group XIII or XIV of the Periodic Table of the Elements, and water; and a step for subjecting the reaction solution to a hydrothermal reaction to form vanadium dioxide-containing particles, wherein, with respect to 100 atom% of vanadium, the total amount of element A added is in the range of 0.05-20 atom% and the total amount of element B added is in the range of 0.5-20 atom%.
(FR) La présente invention aborde le problème de la mise au point d'un procédé de production de particules contenant du dioxyde de vanadium qui possèdent une plage étroite de températures de transition. Ce procédé de production de particules contenant du dioxyde de vanadium est un procédé de production de particules contenant du dioxyde de vanadium thermochromique, et est caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend : une étape de préparation d'une solution de réaction contenant un composé contenant du vanadium, un élément non-vanadium A choisi parmi des éléments appartenant au groupe V ou VI du Tableau Périodique des Éléments, un élément B choisi parmi des éléments appartenant au groupe XIII ou XIV du Tableau Périodique des Éléments, et de l'eau; et une étape consistant à soumettre la solution de réaction à une réaction hydrothermique pour former des particules contenant du dioxyde de vanadium, dans laquelle, par rapport à 100 % atomique de vanadium, la quantité totale d'élément A ajoutée est comprise entre 0,05 et 20 % atomique et la quantité totale d'élément B ajoutée est comprise entre 0,5 et 20 % atomique.
(JA) 本発明の課題は、転移温度幅が狭い二酸化バナジウム含有粒子の製造方法を提供することである。 本発明の二酸化バナジウム含有粒子の製造方法は、サーモクロミック性を有する二酸化バナジウム含有粒子の製造方法であって、バナジウム含有化合物と、バナジウムを除く元素周期表の5族又は6族から選ばれる元素Aと、元素周期表の13族又は14族から選ばれる元素Bと、水とを含む反応液を調製する工程と、反応液を水熱反応させて、二酸化バナジウム含有粒子を形成する工程と、を有し、バナジウム(100atom%)に対し、元素Aの総添加量が0.05~20atom%の範囲内であり、元素Bの総添加量が0.5~20atom%の範囲内であることを特徴とする。
