Abstract:
(EN) The purpose of the present invention is to provide a vibration suppression device capable of suppressing chatter vibration of a cutting tool during cutting and achieving high cutting efficiency. The vibration suppression device (1) is for suppressing vibration of a cutting tool (91) being fed while rotating and has: a vibration detection means (11) for detecting vibration of the cutting tool (91); a vibration analysis means (13) for analyzing the vibration of the cutting tool (91) on the basis of the vibration detected by the vibration detection means (11); and a tool control means (12) for controlling the feed speed of the cutting tool (91) on the basis of the analysis result of the vibration analysis means (13). The vibration suppression device (1) is configured such that the tool control means (12) causes the feed speed of the cutting tool (91) to be increased when the vibration analysis means (13) has detected that the magnitude of chatter vibration of the cutting tool (91) is equal to or less than a threshold value.
(FR) Le but de la présente invention est de produire un dispositif de suppression de vibration pouvant supprimer la vibration de broutage d'un outil de coupe pendant la coupe et obtenir une efficacité de coupe élevée. Le dispositif de suppression de vibration (1) sert à supprimer la vibration d'un outil de coupe (91) qui est acheminé tout en tournant et comporte : un moyen de détection de vibration (11) pour détecter la vibration de l'outil de coupe (91) ; un moyen d'analyse de vibration (13) pour analyser la vibration de l'outil de coupe (91) sur la base de la vibration détectée par le moyen de détection de vibration (11) ; et un moyen de commande d'outil (12) pour commander la vitesse 'acheminement de l'outil de coupe (91) sur la base du résultat d'analyse du moyen d'analyse de vibration (13). Le dispositif de suppression de vibration (1) est conçu de telle sorte que le moyen de commande d'outil (12) amène la vitesse d'acheminement de l'outil de coupe (91) à augmenter lorsque le moyen d'analyse de vibration (13) a détecté que l'amplitude de vibration de broutage de l'outil de coupe (91) est inférieure ou égale à une valeur seuil.
(JA) 切削加工時の切削工具のびびり振動を抑えることができるとともに、高い切削効率を実現することができる振動抑制装置を提供する。回転しつつ送られる切削工具(91)の振動を抑制する振動抑制装置(1)において、切削工具(91)の振動を検出する振動検出手段(11)と、振動検出手段(11)が検出した振動に基づいて切削工具(91)の振動を解析する振動解析手段(13)と、振動解析手段(13)における解析結果に基づいて、切削工具(91)の送り速度を制御する工具制御手段(12)と、を有し、切削工具(91)のびびり振動の大きさが閾値以下であることを振動解析手段(13)が検知すると、工具制御手段(12)が切削工具(91)の送り速度を上昇させる振動抑制装置(1)とする。
