Abstract:
(EN) A rotation angle detection device is provided with: a rotating shaft (10); a non-fastened body (20) provided with a part to be detected having a pattern to be detected; a detection unit (30) for detecting the pattern to be detected; a washer (40); and a screw (50) that, together with an axial end of the rotating shaft (10), sandwiches the non-fastened body (20). The rotating shaft (10) is provided with an unthreaded part (12b) that is a hole and is provided up to a fixed depth from the axial end and a female thread part (12a) having a root diameter that is smaller than the hole. The rotation angle detection device satisfies formula (1), that is, m = α2 × (t + l + m) = (α3 × l + α4 × t) / (α2 − α1), where α1[/K] is the thermal expansion coefficient of the rotating shaft (10), α2[/K] is the thermal expansion coefficient of the screw (50), α3[/K] is the thermal expansion coefficient of the non-fastened body (20), α4[/K] is the thermal expansion coefficient of the washer (40), l[mm] is the thickness of the non-fastened body (20), t[mm] is the thickness of the washer (40), and m[mm] is the depth of the unthreaded part (12b) of the rotating shaft (10).
(FR) L'invention concerne un dispositif de détection d'angle de rotation qui est pourvu : d'un arbre rotatif (10) ; d'un corps non fixé (20) pourvu d'une partie à détecter ayant un motif à détecter ; d'une unité de détection (30) destinée à détecter le motif à détecter ; d'une rondelle (40) ; d'une vis (50) qui, conjointement avec une extrémité axiale de l'arbre rotatif (10), prend en sandwich le corps non fixé (20). L'arbre rotatif (10) est pourvu d'une partie non filetée (12b), qui est un trou, jusqu'à une profondeur fixe à partir de l'extrémité axiale, et d'une partie de filetage femelle (12a) ayant un diamètre de racine qui est plus petit que le trou. Le dispositif de détection d'angle de rotation satisfait la formule (1), c'est-à-dire : m = α2 × (t + l + m) = (α3 × l + α4 × t)/(α2 − α1), où α1[/K] est le coefficient de dilatation thermique de l'arbre rotatif (10), α2[/K] est le coefficient de dilatation thermique de la vis (50), α3[/K] est le coefficient de dilatation thermique du corps non fixé (20), α4[/K est le coefficient de dilatation thermique de la rondelle (40), l [mm] est l'épaisseur du corps non fixé (20), t [mm] est l'épaisseur de la rondelle (40) et m [mm] est la profondeur de la partie non filetée (12b) de l'arbre rotatif (10).
