Abstract:
(EN) The invention relates to a method for undetachably introducing a guiding aid element into at least one joining location of at least one component, comprising the steps of: a) perforating the at least one component (10) at the at least one joining location in a first press stroke of a tool press, wherein a preliminary hole (12A, 12B, 12C, 12D, 12E) is formed at the at least one joining location, b) inserting a joining aid element (30) into the at least one preliminary hole (12A), and c) pressing the at least one joining aid element (30) with the at least one component (10) in a subsequent press stroke or working step to form a material-bonding, form-fitting and/or force-fitting connection between the at least one component (10) and the at least one joining aid element (30), and also relates to a component produced by the method and a composite component.
(FR) L’invention concerne un procédé d’insertion permanente d’un élément de liaison auxiliaire dans au moins un site de liaison d’au moins un composant. Le procédé comprend les étapes visant à : a) percer l’au moins un composant (10) au niveau de l’au moins un site de liaison dans une première course d’une presse, un pré-trou (12A, 12B, 12C, 12D, 12E) étant formé au niveau de l’au moins un site de liaison, b) insérer un élément de liaison auxiliaire (30) dans l’au moins pré-trou (12A), et c) presser au moins un élément de liaison auxiliaire (30) avec l’au moins un composant (10) dans une course ou étape de travail ultérieure pour former une liaison de matière, une liaison par complémentarité de forme et/ou une liaison à force entre l’au moins un composant (10) et l’au moins un élément de liaison auxiliaire (30) ainsi qu’un composant fabriqué par le procédé et un ensemble de composant.
(DE) Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum unlösbaren Einbringen eines Fügehilfselements in mindestens eine Fügestelle zumindest eines Bauteils, mit den Schritten: a) Lochen des zumindest einen Bauteils (10) an der mindestens einen Fügestelle in einem ersten Pressenhub einer Werkzeug presse, wobei an der mindestens einen Fügestelle ein Vorloch (12A, 12B, 12C, 12D, 12E) ausgebildet wird, b) Einsetzen eines Fügehilfselements (30) in das mindestens eine Vorloch (12A), und c) Verpressen des mindestens einen Fügehilfselements (30) mit dem zumindest einen Bauteil (10) in einem nachfolgenden Pressenhub oder Arbeitsschritt zur Ausbildung einer Stoff-, form- und/oder kraftschlüssigen Verbindung zwischen dem zumindest einen Bauteil (10) und dem mindestens einen Fügehilfselements (30) sowie ein mit dem Verfahren hergestelltes Bauteil und einen Bauteilverbund.
