Abstract:
(EN) A control method and device for synchronous rectification of a self-driving circuit related to the fields of electricity and electronics. The method comprises: obtaining a driving signal of a primary-side switch transistor of a transformer in a synchronous rectification circuit where a synchronous switch transistor is located (101); generating, according to the driving signal of the primary-side switch transistor of the transformer, an auxiliary control signal for adjusting a self-driving time of the synchronous switch transistor (102); generating, according to the auxiliary control signal and the self-driving control signal of the synchronous switch transistor, a target control signal for the synchronous switch transistor (103); and controlling driving of the synchronous switch transistor according to the target control signal (104). The control method and device solve issues of an existing synchronous rectification self-driving control method which cannot be applied to certain specific circumstances due to intrinsic limitations thereof, leading to transistor failure, affecting output indicators of a synchronous rectification circuit.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé et un dispositif de commande pour le redressement synchrone d'un circuit autonome associés aux domaines électriques et électroniques. Le procédé consiste à : obtenir un signal d'attaque d'un transistor de commutation côté primaire d'un transformateur dans un circuit de redressement synchrone où se trouve un transistor de commutation synchrone (101) ; générer, en fonction du signal d'attaque du transistor de commutation côté primaire du transformateur, un signal de commande auxiliaire pour ajuster un temps d'autonomie du transistor de commutation synchrone (102) ; générer, en fonction du signal de commande auxiliaire et du signal de commande d'autonomie du transistor de commutation synchrone, un signal de commande cible pour le transistor de commutation synchrone (103) ; et commander la commande du transistor de commutation synchrone en fonction du signal de commande cible (104). Le procédé et le dispositif de commande résolvent les problèmes d'un procédé de commande autonome de redressement synchrone existant qui ne peut pas être appliqué à certaines circonstances spécifiques en raison de ses limites intrinsèques, conduisant à une défaillance du transistor, affectant les indicateurs de sortie d'un circuit de redressement synchrone.
(ZH) 一种同步整流自驱电路的控制方法及装置,涉及电力电子领域。该方法包括:获取同步开关管所属同步整流电路中的变压器原边开关管的驱动信号(101);根据所述变压器原边开关管的驱动信号,生成调整所述同步开关管自驱动时间的辅助控制信号(102);根据所述辅助控制信号和所述同步开关管的自驱控制信号,生成所述同步开关管的目标控制信号(103);根据所述目标控制信号控制所述同步开关管的驱动(104)。该控制方法及装置解决了现有的同步整流自驱控制方法,由于其自身限制,无法应对一些特殊情况下的应用,发生炸管,还会影响到同步整流电路的输出指标的问题。
