The control unit (50) is used for monitoring whether a current execution state of the execution unit (60) is terminated and generating a monitoring result, analyzing the signal intensity of the reflected infrared signal and generating an analysis result, and controlling the execution unit (60) to execute a particular preset execution state according to the monitoring result and the analysis result. By using an infrared sensing technology, the user can regulate and control the sofa (100) just by waving a hand, so that the operation is simple and convenient, and the regulation speed is fast. Since multiple execution states are preset in the execution unit (60), the sofa (100) can be regulated by the user to different extents to ensure the comfort of the user, and therefore can well adapt to different users and different use scenes.
