Disclosed is a system, method, mobile communication device and one or more computer programs for a monitoring system. In one aspect, the system includes a plurality of transmitters, each transmitter having associated therewith a reflector antenna configured to substantially reflect signal transmission toward a detection area; and a mobile device configured to: receive transmitter signals from at least two transmitters from the plurality of transmitters; and determine that the mobile device is located within the detection area based on received signal strengths of the at least some of the transmitter signals.

La présente invention concerne un système, un procédé, un dispositif de communication mobile et un ou plusieurs programmes informatiques pour un système de surveillance. Dans un aspect, le système comprend une pluralité d'émetteurs, chaque émetteur étant associé à une antenne à réflecteur conçue pour réfléchir sensiblement l'émission de signal vers une zone de détection ; et un dispositif mobile conçu pour : recevoir des signaux d'émetteur à partir d'au moins deux émetteurs parmi la pluralité d'émetteurs ; et déterminer que le dispositif mobile est situé à l'intérieur de la zone de détection en fonction des intensités des signaux reçus d'au moins certains des signaux d'émetteur.
