Present invention relates to a method for producing a rubber by an anionic solution (co)polymerization of a conjugated diene and/or a vinyl aromatic compound in an organic solvent in the presence of an organolithium N,N-disubstituted aminomethylstyrene oligomeric initiator, a special N,N-disubstituted aminomethylstyrene monomer, and an end-functionalizing agent of the general formula (CH3)2Hal2Si, wherein Hal is a halogen atom. The invention also relates to a rubber based on (co)polymers of a conjugated diene and/or a vinyl aromatic compound produced by said method, and to a rubber composition comprising such rubber. Rubber compositions of the present invention are useful in manufacturing of auto tire treads.

Cette invention concerne un procédé de production d'un caoutchouc par (co)polymérisation anionique en solution d'un diène conjugué et/ou d'un composé aromatique de vinyle dans un solvant organique en présence d'un initiateur oligomère de type aminométhylstyrène d'organolithium N,N-disubstitué, d'un monomère d'aminométhylstyrène N,N-disubstitué spécial, et d'un agent de fonctionnalisation d'extrémité de formule générale (CH3)2Hal2Si, où Hal représente un atome d'halogène. Un caoutchouc à base d'un ou de plusieurs (co)polymères de diène conjugué et/ou d'un composé aromatique de vinyle produit par ledit procédé, ainsi qu'une composition de caoutchouc contenant ledit caoutchouc sont en outre décrits. Les compositions de caoutchouc selon l'invention sont utiles dans la fabrication de bandes de roulement pour automobiles.
