Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a restroom floor waterproofing body, a method for manufacturing the same, and a method for installing the same. More particularly, the present invention relates to a restroom floor waterproofing body, a method for manufacturing the same, and a method for installing the same, wherein a waterproofing body is made of a stainless material, a floor portion and a wall body are integrally formed, thereby improving the waterproofing effect of the restroom floor and the ease of installation, a plurality of waterproofing bodies are coupled such that the same can be attached to/detached from each other, and, when leakage and damage occur to one of the waterproofing bodies, the waterproofing body in question can solely be replaced, thereby lowering the cost for replacement, reducing the time for replacement, and improving the economic merit. To this end, the present invention comprises: a drain portion comprising a floor plate made of a stainless material in a flat plate shape, at least one sewage tube provided on the floor plate and connected to a toilet installed in the restroom so as to drain sewage, a drain tube for draining sewage drained from the restroom floor, a washbasin drain tube connected to a washbasin so as to drain sewage discharged from the washbasin, a remnant water tube for discharging moisture included in mortar concrete during installation, moisture introduced during/after installation, moisture resulting from a temperature difference after installation, and the like, and at least one drain hole to which the sewage tube, the drain tube, the washbasin drain tube, and the remnant water tube are coupled; and a fastening portion comprising a side wall formed by bending a pair of edges facing each other, among the edges of the floor plate, in the upward direction, a fastening male plate formed by bending one of the edges of the floor plate in the upward direction to be perpendicular to the floor plate, and a fastening female plate into which a fastening male plate of a different floor waterproofing body arranged nearby is inserted/coupled.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un corps d'étanchéité de plancher de toilettes, un procédé de fabrication de celui-ci et un procédé d'installation correspondant. Plus particulièrement, la présente invention concerne un corps d’étanchéité de plancher de toilettes, un procédé de fabrication correspondant et un procédé d'installation de celui-ci, dans lequel un corps d'étanchéité est constitué d'un matériau inoxydable, une partie de plancher et un corps de paroi sont intégralement formés d'un seul tenant, ce qui améliore l'effet d'étanchéité du plancher de toilettes et la facilité d'installation, une pluralité de corps d’étanchéité sont couplés de telle sorte que ceux-ci peuvent être attachés/détachés les uns des autres, et, lorsqu'une fuite et une détérioration se produisent sur l'un des corps d'imperméabilisation, le corps d'imperméabilisation en question peut être remplacé uniquement, ce qui permet de réduire le coût de remplacement, de réduire le temps de remplacement et d'améliorer le mérite économique. A cet effet, la présente invention comprend : une partie de drainage comprenant une plaque de plancher constituée d'un matériau inoxydable en forme de plaque plate, au moins un tube d'égout disposé sur la plaque de plancher et relié à des WC installées dans les toilettes de façon à drainer les eaux usées, un tube de drainage pour drainer les eaux usées évacuées du plancher de toilettes, un tube de drainage de lavabo relié à un lavabo de façon à drainer les eaux usées déchargées du lavabo, un tube d'eau résiduelle pour décharger l'humidité contenue dans le béton de mortier pendant l'installation, l'humidité introduite pendant/après l'installation, l'humidité résultant d'une différence de température après l'installation, et analogue, et au moins un trou d'évacuation auquel sont couplés le tube d'égout, le tube d'évacuation, le tube d'évacuation de lavabo et le tube d'eau restant; et une partie de fixation comprenant une paroi latérale formée en pliant une paire de bords se faisant face, parmi les bords de la plaque de plancher, dans la direction ascendante, une plaque mâle de fixation formée en pliant l'un des bords de la plaque de plancher dans la direction ascendante pour être perpendiculaire à la plaque de plancher, et une plaque femelle de fixation dans laquelle est insérée/couplée une plaque mâle de fixation d'un corps d'étanchéité de plancher différent disposé à proximité.
(KO) 본 발명은 화장실 바닥 방수체 및 그 제조방법과 시공방법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 방수체를 스테인레스 재질로 형성하되 바닥부와 벽체를 일체로 형성하여 화장실 바닥의 방수효과 및 시공성을 향상시키고, 복수의 방수체를 상호 탈착 가능하게 결합함으로써 일측의 방수체측에서 누수 및 손상이 발생하는 경우 문제가 발생한 방수체만을 교체할 수 있어 교체비용의 감소 및 교체시간을 단축할 수 있어 경제성을 높인 화장실 바닥 방수체 및 그 제조방법과 시공방법에 관한 것이다. 이를 위해 본 발명은, 편평한 판 형태로 이루어지며 스테인레스(Stainless) 재질로 이루어진 바닥판과, 상기 바닥판에 적어도 하나 이상 구비되되, 화장실에 설치되는 변기와 연결되어 오물을 배수하는 오수관과, 화장실 바닥으로부터 배수되는 오수를 배수하는 배수관과, 세면기와 연결되어 세면기로부터 배출되는 오수를 배수하는 세면기배수관과, 시공 중 몰탈 콘크리트에 포함된 습기 또는 시공중/시공후 유입된 습기 및 시공 후 온도차이로 인해 발생하는 습기 등을 배출하기 위한 잔수관과, 상기 오수관, 배수관, 세면기배수관 및 잔수관이 결합되는 적어도 하나 이상의 드레인홀을 포함하여 이루어진 드레인부와, 상기 바닥판의 테두리 중 마주보는 한 쌍의 테두리를 상방으로 절곡하여 형성된 측벽과, 상기 바닥판의 테두리 중 어느 일측을 상방으로 절곡하되 상기 바닥판과 직각을 이루도록 절곡 형성한 체결수판과, 인접하게 배치되는 타 바닥 방수체의 체결수판이 삽입 결합되는 체결암판으로 이루어진 체결부를 포함하여 이루어진다.
