Abstract:
The present invention relates to a juice squeezing module for a juicer and, more particularly, to a juicer capable of simplifying a drive transmission path, making cleaning convenient, and blocking frictional heat. To this end, the juicer comprises: a juicing mesh screen for receiving a screw which receives a driving force and rotates; a rotary brush disposed on the outside of the juicing mesh screen and rotating in conjunction with the screw; a container for receiving the screw, the juicing mesh screen, and the rotary brush; and a main body having a seating portion for mounting the container formed in the upper side thereof and a drive shaft coupled to the screw and transmitting a driving force formed in the center of the seating portion, wherein the main body includes: a main gear positioned on the upper side of the mount portion and coupled to the drive shaft to rotate together; a first transmission gear gear-coupled with the main gear; a second transmission gear disposed on the bottom surface of the container; a drive transmission gear in which the central shafts of the first transmission gear and the second transmission gear penetrate the bottom surface of the container and are connected to each other inside and outside; and a driven gear formed at the lower portion of the rotary brush and gear-engaged with the second transmission gear, thereby separating a drive transmission structure of the rotary brush from the container and the motor. Due to the aforementioned configuration, the main gear is coupled to the main body, thereby facilitating cleaning and drying of the container. In addition, noise and transmission of frictional heat can be prevented by a protective cover structure. Further, the gear structure is formed on the upper portion of the main body, thereby preventing the motor from being overloaded.
