(EN)This wear test device for measuring the state of wear of a workpiece is characterized in being provided with: a workpiece holding mechanism which holds the workpiece; a contacting jig which repeatedly adopts states of contact and non-contact with respect to the workpiece; a rotating mechanism which holds the contacting jig with freedom to rotate; and a heating mechanism which intermittently heats an end portion of the contacting jig.
