Abstract:
The invention relates to an electrolyte system (1) for the synthesis of sodium perchlorate using electrochemical oxidation of sodium chloride, said system (1) at least comprising: - an electrolyte (10) containing sodium chloride at a minimum concentration of 0.1 mol/L; - an anode (15) in the electrolyte (10), the anode (15) having an outer surface made of boron-doped diamond; - a cathode (17) in the electrolyte (10); and - an electrical generator (20) connected to the anode (15) and the cathode (17).
