Abstract:
(EN) A lens free imaging device (100) for imaging a sample. The device (100) comprises a radiation guiding structure (110) in a chip (100) and an imaging region (120). The radiation guiding structure (110) is adapted for receiving an incoming radiation wave (101) thus obtaining a confined radiation wave (112) in the radiation guiding structure and for generating therefrom a first radiation wave (114) and a second radiation wave (116). The first wave (114) is directed out of the chip (100) to a sample measurement region for allowing interaction with the sample (130) and the second wave (116) is directed towards the imaging region (120). A scattered first radiation wave (118), scattered by the sample (130), is at least partly captured in the imaging region (130) and can be combined with the second radiation wave (114) captured in the imaging region (120) for forming an image.
(FR) L'invention concerne un dispositif d'imagerie sans lentille (100) permettant de prendre des images d'un échantillon. Le dispositif (100) comprend une structure de guidage de rayonnement (110) dans une puce (100) et une zone d'imagerie (120). La structure de guidage de rayonnement (110) est conçue pour recevoir une onde de rayonnement entrante (101), ce qui permet d'obtenir une onde de rayonnement confinée (112) dans la structure de guidage de rayonnement, et pour générer à partir de celle-ci une première onde de rayonnement (114) et une seconde onde de rayonnement (116). La première onde (114) est dirigée hors de la puce (100) vers une zone de mesure d'échantillon pour permettre une interaction avec l'échantillon (130), et la seconde onde (116) est dirigée vers la zone d'imagerie (120). Une première onde de rayonnement dispersée (118), diffusée par l'échantillon (130), est au moins partiellement capturée dans la zone d'imagerie (130) et peut être associée à la seconde onde de rayonnement (114) capturée dans la zone d'imagerie (120) pour former une image.
