Abstract
(EN) The present invention describes an analytical method by nuclear magnetic resonance of glycosaminoglycans in general, and of heparins and low molecular weight heparins and their derivatives in particular, which allows their identification and the relative quantification of its characteristic signals by 1H-NMR and 1H-13 HSQC.
(FR) La présente invention décrit un procédé analytique par résonance magnétique nucléaire de glycosaminoglycanes en général, et d'héparines et d'héparines de faible poids moléculaire et de leurs dérivés en particulier, qui permet leur identification et la quantification relative de leurs signaux caractéristiques par RMN 1H et HSQC 1H-13.
