Abstract:
(EN) The invention relates to a piston ring for sealing at least one component of a turbocharger. The piston ring comprises a first ring body which is a base body of the piston ring. The first ring body is formed and designed such that it is prestressed when installed in a turbocharger. The piston ring also comprises a second ring body, the second ring body being formed and designed such that it is prestressed when installed in a turbocharger. The first ring body and the second ring body are bonded. The invention also relates to a turbocharger with a piston ring and to a method for producing a piston ring.
(FR) L'invention concerne un segment de piston servant à assurer l'étanchéité d'au moins un élément d'un turbocompresseur. Le segment de piston comporte un premier corps annulaire qui est un corps de base du segment de piston. Le premier corps annulaire est formé et conçu de manière à présenter une précontrainte à l'état monté dans un turbocompresseur. Le segment de piston comporte en outre un deuxième corps annulaire, le deuxième corps annulaire étant formé et conçu de manière à présenter une précontrainte à l'état monté dans un turbocompresseur. Le premier corps annulaire et le deuxième corps annulaire sont reliés l'un à l'autre par liaison de matière. L'invention concerne en outre un turbocompresseur doté d'un segment de piston et un procédé de fabrication d'un segment de piston.
(DE) Es wird ein Kolbenring zum Abdichten von mindestens einem Bauteil eines Turboladers beschrieben. Der Kolbenring umfasst einen ersten Ringkörper, der ein Grundkörper des Kolbenrings ist. Der erste Ringkörper ist dabei geformt und ausgelegt, in eingebautem Zustand in einem Turbolader eine Vorspannung aufzuweisen. Der Kolbenring umfasst weiterhin einen zweiten Ringkörper, wobei der zweite Ringkörper geformt und ausgelegt ist, in eingebautem Zustand in einem Turbolader eine Vorspannung aufzuweisen. Der erste Ringkörper und der zweite Ringkörper sind stoffschlüssig miteinander verbunden. Weiterhin werden ein Turbolader mit einem Kolbenring und ein Verfahren zum Herstellen eines Kolbenringes beschrieben.
