Abstract:
(EN) The invention relates to a method for producing a toroid, such as a rim for a bicycle or a ring for a computer tomograph, wherein a preproduct (2) is simultaneously wrapped with a plurality of first reinforcing fibre bundles (9) which are fed from a reel (7) and which cross one another while the preproduct (2) is rotating such that the first reinforcing fibre bundles (9) are oriented transversely to the radial direction and/or transversely to the circumferential direction of the preproduct (2), wherein the first reinforcing fibre bundles (9) are fed in such a way that a deviation between the solid angle (α) at the time t1 at which a maximum mass determined by the first reinforcing fibre bundle (9) on the respective reel (7) is present and the solid angle (α) at the time t2 at which the mimimum mass determined by the first reinforcing fibre bundle (9) on the reel is present is so small that a deviation of the tension in the first reinforcing fibre bundle (9) is ≤ 10%, preferably ≤ 5%, more preferably ≤ 1%. The invention also relates to a winding machine (1) for carrying out such a method and to a bicycle rim produced in such a method.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé pour la fabrication d'un tore, tel qu'une jante pour un véhicule, ou d'une bague pour un tomodensitomètre, une ébauche (2) étant entourée simultanément par plusieurs premiers faisceaux (9) de fibres de renforcement se croisant, alimentés à partir d'un rouleau (7), l'ébauche (2) étant rotation, de manière telle que les premiers faisceaux (9) de fibres de renforcement sont orientés transversalement par rapport à la direction radiale et/ou transversalement par rapport à la direction périphérique de l'ébauche (2), les premiers faisceaux (9) de fibres de renforcement étant alimentés de manière telle qu'un écart entre l'angle spatial (α) au moment t1, où une masse maximale, déterminée par le premier faisceau (9) de fibres de renforcement, se trouve sur le rouleau (7) respectif, et l'angle spatial (α) au moment t2, où la masse minimale, déterminée par le premier faisceau (9) de fibres de renforcement, se trouve sur le rouleau, est tellement petit qu'un écart de tension dans le premier faisceau (9) de fibres renforcement est ≤ 10%, de préférence ≤ 5%, plus préférablement ≤ 1%. L'invention concerne également une machine d'enroulement (1) pour la réalisation d'un tel procédé et une jante de véhicule fabriquée par un tel procédé.
(DE) Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Herstellen eines Toroids, wie einer Felge für ein Fahrrad oder eines Rings für einen Computertomographen, wobei ein Vorprodukt (2) gleichzeitig mit mehreren von einer Rolle (7) zugeführten sich kreuzenden ersten Verstärkungsfaserbündeln (9) bei sich drehendem Vorprodukt (2) so umwickelt wird, dass die ersten Verstärkungsfaserbündel (9) quer zur Radialrichtung und/oder quer zur Umfangsrichtung des Vorprodukts (2) ausgerichtet werden, wobei die ersten Verstärkungsfaserbündel (9) so zugeführt werden, dass eine Abweichung zwischen dem Raumwinkel (α) zum Zeitpunkt t1, bei dem eine Maximalmasse bestimmt durch das erste Verstärkungsfaserbündel (9) auf der jeweiligen Rolle (7) vorhanden ist und dem Raumwinkel (α) zum Zeitpunkt t2, bei dem die Minimalmasse bestimmt durch das erste Verstärkungsfaserbündel (9) auf der Rolle vorhanden ist, so klein ist, dass eine Abweichung der Spannung in dem ersten Verstärkungsfaserbündel (9) ≤ 10% ist, vorzugsweise ≤ 5%, weiter vorzugsweise ≤ 1%. Die Erfindung betrifft auch eine Wickelmaschine (1) zum Durchführen eines solchen Verfahrens und eine Fahrradfelge hergestellt in einem solchen Verfahren.
