Abstract:
A clutch disengagement system and a clutch master cylinder. The clutch master cylinder comprises: a cylinder (1), and a flange (2) sleeved around the cylinder (1). The flange (2) and the cylinder (1) are made of separate parts. The clutch master cylinder also comprises: a riveting piece (3). The flange (2) and the cylinder (1) are riveted together by the riveting piece (3). The flange (2) and the cylinder (1) are riveted together by the riveting piece (3), thereby preventing the flange (2) from rotating relative to the cylinder (1). The flange (2) and the cylinder (1) do not move relative to each other along an axial direction. When compared to a coupling connection based on matching surfaces, the clutch master cylinder uses an external riveting piece to withstand high torque. When the flange (2) is subjected to a high torque, the riveting piece (3) can be used to withstand the high torque, preventing the separation of the flange (2) and the cylinder (1), and reducing a risk of the flange (2) detaching from the cylinder (1).
