Abstract:
Provided are an electrostatic discharge device and a manufacturing method therefor, and an active array substrate, a display panel and a display apparatus. The electrostatic discharge device comprises a transistor, with one of a source electrode (201) and a drain electrode (202) of the transistor serving as an input end of the electrostatic discharge device, and the other serving as an output end, and the transistor comprises: a first conductive layer (11) serving as a first floating grid electrode (203); a first insulating layer (12) covering the first conductive layer; an active layer (13) located on the first insulating layer; a second insulating layer (14) covering the active layer; a second conductive layer (15) serving as a second floating grid electrode (204) and located on the second insulating layer; a third insulating layer (16) covering the second conductive layer; and a mutually separated third conductive layer (17) and forth conductive layer (18), wherein same are located on the third insulating layer and are respectively located at two sides of the active layer, with the third conductive layer serving as one of the source electrode and the drain electrode, and the forth conductive layer serving as the other of the source electrode and the drain electrode.
