Abstract:
(EN) Disclosed is a high-speed cut-off saw of numerical control, comprising a circular sawing machine (3) and a circular sawing blade (12) thereof. Two sides of the circular sawing machine (3) are respectively provided with a material loading workbench (2) and a material discharging workbench (4), wherein an automatic material pushing machine (5) is provided on the material discharging workbench (4). Two sides of the circular sawing blade (12) are both installed with a material-conveying pressing roller (13) and a material-conveying supporting roller (22), wherein the material-conveying pressing roller (13) and the material-conveying supporting roller (22) are provided in pairs. The material-conveying pressing roller (13) is slidably supported on a lifting beam (18) via a pressing-roller cylinder (19), the lifting beam (18) is slidably supported on a machine frame (10) of the circular sawing machine (3), and a beam lifting mechanism (15) is further installed between the machine frame (10) and the lifting beam (18). The material-conveying supporting rollers (22) at the two sides of the circular sawing blade (12) are in mutual transmission connection. The high-speed cut-off saw of numerical control has high cut-off efficiency, the quality of cutting off is stable and the recovery ratio is high, thereby efficiently reducing the non-productive time during a saw cutting process, and reducing the wastage of wood resources.
(FR) L'invention porte sur une tronçonneuse à grande vitesse à commande numérique, comprenant une machine à scie circulaire (3) et une lame de sciage circulaire (12) de cette dernière. Les deux côtés de la machine à scie circulaire (3) sont respectivement pourvus d'un établi de chargement de matériau (2) et d'un établi de déchargement de matériau (4), une machine de poussée automatique de matériau (5) étant disposée sur l'établi de déchargement de matériau (4). Deux côtés de la lame de scie circulaire (12) sont tous deux pourvus d'un rouleau de pression de transport de matériau (13) et d'un rouleau de support de transport de matériau (22), le rouleau de pression de transport de matériau (13) et le rouleau de support de transport de matériau (22) étant disposés par paires. Le rouleau de pression de transport de matériau (13) est porté de manière coulissante sur une poutre de levage (18) par l'intermédiaire d'un cylindre de rouleau de pression (19), la poutre de levage (18) est portée de manière coulissante sur un bâti de machine (10) de la machine à scie circulaire (3), et un mécanisme de levage de poutre (15) est en outre installé entre le bâti de machine (10) et le bras de levage (18). Les rouleaux de support de transport de matériau (22) sur les deux côtés de la lame de scie circulaire (12) sont en liaison de transmission mutuelle. La tronçonneuse à grande vitesse à commande numérique présente une efficacité de coupe élevée, la qualité de coupe est stable et le taux de récupération est élevé, ce qui permet de réduire efficacement le temps non productif pendant un processus de sciage, et de réduire le gaspillage des ressources en bois.
(ZH) 一种数控高速截断锯,包括圆锯机(3)及其圆锯片(12),圆锯机(3)的两侧分别设置有上料工作台(2)和出料工作台(4),在出料工作台(4)上设置有自动推料器(5);在圆锯片(12)的两侧均安装有输料压轮(13)和输料托轮(22),输料压轮(13)和输料托轮(22)成对设置;输料压轮(13)通过压轮气缸(19)滑动支承于升降横梁(18)上,升降横梁(18)滑动支承于圆锯机(3)的机架(10)上,在机架(10)和升降横梁(18)之间还安装有横梁升降机构(15);位于圆锯片(12)两侧的输料托轮(22)相互传动连接。该数控高速截断锯截断效率高、截断质量稳定、出材率高,能有效地降低锯切过程中的非生产性时间,减少木材资源的浪费。
