Abstract:
(EN) Provided are a light-emitting material, a preparation method therefor and an organic light-emitting diode using said light-emitting material. The light-emitting material has a single structure, a definite molecular weight, a better solubility and film forming property, and a stable film morphology; it has a very high decomposition temperature and a lower sublimation temperature, being easily sublimated into a high-purity light-emitting material, and can be applied to a small molecule organic light-emitting diode. In the preparation method of the light-emitting material, an intermediate of the light-emitting material is obtained by means of a series of simple reactions by using p-bromothiophenol and 2-fluoro-4-bromobenzonitrile as starting materials, and finally, the light-emitting material is obtained by means of an Ullmann reaction or a Suzuki reaction. The steps are simple, and the yield is high. The organic light-emitting diode and a light-emitting layer comprise the light-emitting material and have a higher luminance and stability.
(FR) L'invention concerne un matériau émetteur de lumière, son procédé de préparation et une diode électroluminescente organique utilisant ledit matériau émetteur de lumière. Le matériau émetteur de lumière présente une structure unique, un poids moléculaire défini, une meilleure solubilité et une meilleure propriété de formation de film, et une morphologie de film stable; il a une température de décomposition très élevée et une température de sublimation basse, est facilement sublimé en un matériau électroluminescent de haute pureté, et peut être appliqué à une diode électroluminescente organique à petite molécule. Dans le procédé de préparation du matériau émetteur de lumière, on obtient un intermédiaire du matériau luminescent au moyen d'une série de réactions simples en utilisant du p-bromothiophénol et du 2-fluoro-4-bromobenzonitrile comme matériaux de départ, et enfin, le matériau émetteur de lumière est obtenu au moyen d'une réaction d'Ullmann ou d'une réaction de Suzuki. Les étapes sont simples et le rendement est élevé. La diode électroluminescente organique et une couche électroluminescente comprennent le matériau électroluminescent et ont une luminance et une stabilité supérieures.
