Abstract

Provided is a polyurethane-based high-performance composite thermal insulation material comprising a binding material, foamed polyurethane particles and lightweight sand, with the ratio of the three: 1 kg of binding material : 1 to 9 liters of foamed polyurethane particles : 0 to 4 liters of lightweight sand. The binding material is a cement-based binding material or a gypsum-based binding material; the cement-based binding material comprises components: 40 to 100 of cement and 0 to 60 of admixture; the cement may be silicate cement, sulphoaluminate cement, or alkali slag cement, magnesite cement, magnesium oxychloride cement, magnesium oxysulfate cement and the like; and the gypsum-based binding material is building gypsum. The lightweight sand may be lightweight particle with the combustion property of level A, such as sperlite, vitrified tiny beads, ceramic sand, expanded vermiculite, cenosphere, hollow micro-sphere or the like. The polyurethane-based high-performance composite thermal insulation material has the thermal insulation property and the combustion property with a fire resistance of level A, and thus can be used for building thermal insulation boards or thermal insulation wallboards and has a wide adaptation range.

L'invention concerne un matériau d'isolation thermique composite haute performance à base de polyuréthane comprenant un matériau de liaison, des particules de polyuréthane moussé et du sable léger, le rapport des trois étant : 1 kg de matériau de liaison : 1 à 9 litres de particules de polyuréthane moussé : 0 à 4 litres de sable léger. Le matériau de liaison est un matériau de liaison à base de ciment ou un matériau de liaison à base de gypse ; le matériau de liaison à base de ciment comprend les constituants : 40 à 100 de ciment et 0 à 60 d'adjuvant ; le ciment peut être du ciment de silicate, du ciment de sulfoaluminate ou du ciment de laitier alcalin, du ciment de magnésite, du ciment d'oxychlorure de magnésium, du ciment d'oxysulfate de magnésium et similaire ; et le matériau de liaison à base de gypse est du gypse de construction. Le sable léger peut être constitué de particules légères présentant la propriété de combustion du niveau A, telle que la sperlite, de minuscules billes vitrifiées, du sable céramique, de la vermiculite expansée, des cénosphères, des microsphères creuses ou similaire. Le matériau d'isolation thermique composite à haute performance à base de polyuréthane présente la propriété d'isolation thermique et la propriété de combustion à une résistance au feu du niveau A et peut donc être utilisé pour la construction de panneaux d'isolation thermique ou de panneaux muraux d'isolation thermique et présente une large plage d'adaptation.

一种基于聚氨酯的高性能复合保温材料,包括粘结料、发泡聚氨酯颗粒和轻质沙,三者配比为:粘结料1公斤:发泡聚氨酯颗粒1~9升:轻质沙0~4升。所述粘结料为水泥基粘结料或石膏基粘结料;所述水泥基粘结料的组分为:水泥40~100,掺和料0~60;所述水泥可以是硅酸盐水泥、硫铝酸盐水泥,也可以是碱矿渣水泥、菱镁水泥、氯氧镁水泥、硫氧镁水泥等;所述石膏基粘结料为建筑石膏。所述轻质沙为珍珠岩、玻化微珠、陶沙、膨胀蛭石、漂珠、中空微珠等燃烧性能达到A级的轻质颗粒。所述基于聚氨酯的高性能复合保温材料,兼顾保温性能和燃烧性能,防火性能至A级,可作建筑保温板或者保温墙板用,适应范围广。
