Abstract:
(EN) A USB metal pipe fitting processing device and processing method therefor, the processing device comprising an upper template (100), a lower template (300) and a material bearing plate (200), wherein the upper template and lower template are provided with a plurality of stations thereon, and the material bearing plate is disposed between the upper template and the lower template. The material bearing plate is used for clamping a to-be-processed flat metal pipe (9) and transferring the flat metal pipe between work stations so as to process the flat metal pipe disposed on at least parts of the work stations during a process of the upper template and the lower template pairing together. By means of disposing a simple structure composed of the upper template, lower template and material bearing plate, the present invention may transfer and process flat metal pipes. The USB metal pipe fitting processing device is characterized by a simple structure, a high degree of automation, high processing precision, and high processing efficiency.
(FR) L'invention concerne un dispositif de traitement de raccord de tuyau métallique USB et un procédé de traitement correspondant, le dispositif de traitement comprenant un gabarit supérieur (100), un gabarit inférieur (300) et une plaque de support de matériau (200), le gabarit supérieur et le gabarit inférieur étant dotés d'une pluralité de postes sur ceux-ci, et la plaque de support de matériau étant disposée entre le gabarit supérieur et le gabarit inférieur. La plaque de support de matériau est utilisée pour serrer un tuyau métallique plat devant être traité (9) et transférer le tuyau métallique plat entre des postes de travail de manière à traiter le tuyau métallique plat disposé sur au moins des parties des postes de travail pendant un processus d'appariement du gabarit supérieur et du gabarit inférieur l'un à l'autre. Par la fourniture d'une structure simple composée du gabarit supérieur, du gabarit inférieur et de la plaque de support de matériau, la présente invention peut transférer et traiter des tuyaux métalliques plats. Le dispositif de traitement de raccord de tuyau métallique USB est caractérisé par une structure simple, un degré élevé d'automatisation, une précision de traitement élevée et une efficacité de traitement élevée.
