Title: VALVE ROCKER ARM ASSEMBLY OF NOVEL VALVE MECHANISM
Abstract:
A valve rocker arm assembly of a novel valve mechanism, comprising: an air intake rocker arm shaft (1), an camshaft bracket (13), an air intake auxiliary rocker arm (12), an intermediate rocker arm (4), a timing spring (3), an air intake rocker arm shaft spring (8) and a fixing bolt (7); the air intake rocker arm shaft is mounted above the camshaft bracket; the air intake rocker arm shaft and the camshaft bracket are fixedly connected by means of a fixing threaded needle (6); the camshaft bracket is provided thereon with an adjusting base plate, a clamping nut (14) and an adjusting arm (16), wherein the adjustment base plate is provided thereon with a bracket (15); the air intake auxiliary rocker arm is mounted above the camshaft bracket; the intake auxiliary rocker arm and the intermediate rocker arm are connected by means of a second synchronizing piston (11); a first synchronizing piston (10) is mounted above the intermediate rocker arm, the timing spring is mounted on the first synchronizing piston, and the timing spring is provided thereon with an air intake main rocker arm (9); the air intake main rocker arm and the air intake rocker arm shaft spring are connected by means of a timing sheet (2); the fixing bolt is mounted above the air intake rocker arm shaft spring. The valve rocker arm assembly of the valve mechanism has the advantages of a scientifically appropriate structure, is safe and convenient to use, and involves a high level of positional precision; the shafts and the rocker arms are in good cooperation during operations, and therefore are not easily detached; the present invention features good durability and convenient maintenance, a long service life, and a high utilization rate.
