(KO) 신규한 유기황화합물, 이의 제조방법 및 이를 유효 성분으로 함유하는 암 또는 염증 질환의 예방 또는 치료용 약학적 조성물
Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a novel organic sulfur compound, a method for preparing the same, and a pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating cancer or an inflammatory disease, containing the same as an active ingredient. The novel organic sulfur compound according to the present invention is capable of excellently inhibiting histone deacetylated (HDAC) enzymes, particularly HDACs 1, 6 and 8 in a concentration of nanomolar or micromolar units and has been found to have an excellent effect against an inflammatory disease such as inflammatory bowel disease, and thus can be usefully used as a pharmaceutical composition for the prevention or treatment of an inflammatory disease, containing the same as an active ingredient. In addition, particularly, the novel organic sulfur compound according to the present invention is capable of excellently inhibiting HDAC 8 in a concentration of nanomolar or micromolar units selectively, and has been found to be capable of inhibiting the proliferation of a renal cancer cell line (ACHN), a breast cancer cell line (MDA-MB-231), a colorectal cancer cell line (HCT-15), a prostate cancer cell line (PC-3), a gastric cancer cell line (NUGC-3) and a lung cancer cell line (NCl-H23), and thus can be usefully used for a pharmaceutical composition for the prevention or treatment of cancer, containing the same as an active ingredient.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un nouveau composé de soufre organique, un procédé de préparation de celui-ci, et une composition pharmaceutique pour prévenir ou traiter le cancer ou une maladie inflammatoire, contenant celui-ci en tant qu'ingrédient actif. Le nouveau composé de soufre organique selon la présente invention est capable d'inhiber de manière excellente les enzymes désacétylées par l'histone (HDAC), en particulier les HDAC 1, 6 et 8, dans une concentration d'unités nanomolaires ou micromolaires, et il a été découvert pour avoir un excellent effet contre une maladie inflammatoire telle que la maladie intestinale inflammatoire, et peut donc être utilisé de manière utile en tant que composition pharmaceutique pour la prévention ou le traitement d'une maladie inflammatoire, contenant celui-ci en tant qu'ingrédient actif. En plus, particulièrement, le nouveau composé de soufre organique selon la présente invention est capable d'inhiber de manière excellente l'HDAC 8 dans une concentration d'unités nanomolaires ou micromolaires sélectivement, et s'est avérée être capable d'inhiber la prolifération d'une ligne cellulaire du cancer rénal (ACHN), une ligne cellulaire du cancer du sein (MDA-MB -231), une ligne cellulaire du cancer colorectal (HCT -15), une ligne cellulaire du cancer de la prostate (PC -3), une ligne cellulaire du cancer de l'estomac (NUGC -3) et une ligne cellulaire du cancer du poumon (NCl-H23), et peut donc être avantageusement utilisée pour une composition pharmaceutique pour la prévention ou le traitement du cancer, contenant celui-ci en tant qu'ingrédient actif.
(KO) 본 발명은 신규한 유기황화합물, 이의 제조방법 및 이를 유효 성분으로 함유하는 암 또는 염증 질환의 예방 또는 치료용 약학적 조성물에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따른 신규한 유기황화합물은 히스톤 디아세틸화(HDAC) 효소, 특히, HDAC 1, 6 및 8을 나노몰 또는 마이크로몰 단위의 농도로 우수하게 저해할 수 있는 바, 염증 질환, 예를 들어 염증성 장질환(inflammatory bowel disease)에 우수한 효과가 있는 것으로 확인되어, 이를 유효성분으로 함유하는 염증 질환의 예방 또는 치료용 약학적 조성물로 유용하게 사용될 수 있다. 또한 본 발명에 따른 신규한 유기황화합물은 특히, HDAC 8을 선택적으로 나노몰 또는 마이크로몰 단위의 농도로 우수하게 저해할 수 있고, 신장암 세포주(ACHN), 유방암 세포주(MDA-MB-231), 대장암 세포주(HCT-15), 전립선암 세포주(PC-3), 위암 세포주(NUGC-3), 폐암 세포주(NCI-H23)의 증식을 억제할 수 있는 것으로 확인되어, 이를 유효성분으로 함유하는 암의 예방 또는 치료용 약학적 조성물로 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.
