(EN)Disclosed is a video decoding method by which a first motion vector indicating a first reference block in a first reference picture, and a second motion vector indicating a second reference block in a second reference picture are acquired; a parameter associated with motion compensation by pixel group unit for a current block is acquired on the basis of at least one among information of a parameter associated with compensation by pixel group unit, and a parameter associated with an image including a current picture; and for the current block, executing motion compensation by block unit which is based on the first motion vector and the second motion vector, and executing motion compensation by pixel group unit which is based on the parameter associated with motion compensation by pixel group unit, thereby generating a prediction block, thereby restoring the current block. Here, the pixel group may include at least one pixel.
(FR)L'invention concerne un procédé de décodage vidéo par lequel un premier vecteur de mouvement indiquant un premier bloc de référence dans une première image de référence, et un second vecteur de mouvement indiquant un second bloc de référence dans une seconde image de référence sont acquis ; un paramètre associé à une compensation de mouvement par unité de groupe de pixels destiné à un bloc courant est acquis sur la base d'informations d'un paramètre associé à une compensation par unité de groupe de pixels, et/ou d'un paramètre associé à une image comprenant une image courante. Par ailleurs, s'agissant du bloc courant, ce procédé consiste à exécuter une compensation de mouvement par l'unité de bloc qui est basée sur le premier vecteur de mouvement et le second vecteur de mouvement, et à exécuter une compensation de mouvement par une unité de groupe de pixels qui est basée sur le paramètre associé à la compensation de mouvement par l'unité de groupe de pixels, générant ainsi un bloc de prédiction, ce qui permet de restaurer le bloc courant.
