Abstract:
(EN) Provided are an image decoding method and an image decoding apparatus capable of performing the image decoding method, the image decoding method, according to one embodiment, comprising the steps of: determining, on the basis of image data acquired from a bit stream, a plurality of encoding units included in a current slice, which is one of a plurality of slices included in an image; determining the prediction method performed in the current encoding unit which is one of the plurality of encoding units; determining a quantization parameter in the current encoding unit on the basis of whether the prediction method performed in the current encoding unit is inter-prediction or intra-prediction; and decoding the image by using the determined quantization parameter. According to one embodiment, provided are: an image encoding method, which corresponds to a process opposite to or similar to the image decoding method; and an image encoding apparatus capable of performing the image encoding method.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé de décodage d'image, et un appareil de décodage d'image apte à exécuter le procédé de décodage d'image. Le procédé de décodage d'image selon un mode de réalisation de l’invention comprend les étapes consistant à : déterminer, sur la base de données d'image acquises à partir d'un flux binaire, une pluralité d'unités de codage incluses dans une tranche actuelle, qui est l'une d'une pluralité de tranches incluses dans une image ; déterminer le procédé de prédiction exécuté dans l'unité de codage actuelle qui est l'une de la pluralité d'unités de codage ; déterminer un paramètre de quantification dans l'unité de codage actuelle selon que le procédé de prédiction qui est exécuté dans l'unité de codage actuelle est une inter-prédiction ou une intra-prédiction ; et décoder l'image au moyen du paramètre de quantification déterminé. Selon un mode de réalisation, l'invention concerne un procédé de codage d'image correspondant à un processus opposé ou similaire au procédé de décodage d'image, et un appareil de codage d'image apte à exécuter le procédé de codage d'image.
(KO) 일 실시예에 따라 영상을 복호화 하는 방법에 있어서, 비트스트림으로부터 획득된 영상 데이터에 기초하여, 영상에 포함된 복수개의 슬라이스 중 하나인 현재 슬라이스에 포함되는 복수개의 부호화 단위를 결정하는 단계; 복수개의 부호화 단위 중 하나인 현재 부호화 단위에서 수행되는 예측 방법을 결정하는 단계; 현재 부호화 단위에서 수행되는 예측 방법이 인터 예측인지 인트라 예측인지에 기초하여, 현재 부호화 단위의 양자화 파라미터를 결정하는 단계; 및 결정된 양자화 파라미터를 이용하여 영상을 복호화 하는 단계를 포함하는 영상 복호화 방법 및 영상 복호화 방법을 수행할 수 있는 영상 복호화 장치가 제공된다. 일 실시예에 따라 영상 복호화 방법에 반대되거나 유사한 과정에 해당하는 영상 부호화 방법 및 영상 부호화 방법을 수행할 수 있는 영상 부호화 장치가 제공된다.
