Abstract:
(EN) Provided are: an organic electronic multi-sensor wherein an ionic electrolyte and an organic semiconductor polymer are fused to form a double layer and have a mesh shape; and a method for producing same. The organic electronic multi-sensor provides different, complementary ion and charge transfer pathways depending on the volume ratio of the ionic electrolyte and thus is capable of distinguishing the electrical resistance properties of volatile organic compounds having a wide range of polarities. In addition, the organic electronic multi-sensor senses light of respective wavelengths on the basis of optical signals, converts temperatures to electrical signals according to thermal signals, and thus can sense each environment change.
(FR) L'invention concerne : un multicapteur électronique organique dans lequel un électrolyte ionique et un polymère semi-conducteur organique sont fusionnés pour former une double couche et ont une forme de maille ; et un procédé de production associé. Le multicapteur électronique organique fournit différentes voies de transfert d'ions et de charges complémentaires en fonction du rapport volumique de l'électrolyte ionique et il est ainsi possible de distinguer les propriétés de résistance électrique de composés organiques volatils ayant une large gamme de polarités. En outre, le multicapteur électronique organique détecte la lumière de longueurs d'onde respectives sur la base de signaux optiques, convertit les températures en signaux électriques en fonction de signaux thermiques, et peut ainsi détecter chaque changement d'environnement.
(KO) 이온성 전해질과 유기 반도체 고분자를 융합하여 더블 레이어를 형성하고 그물망 형상의 갖는 유기 전자 멀티 센서 및 이의 제조방법이 제공된다. 유기 전자 멀티 센서는 이온 전해질의 부피비에 따라 서로 다른 상호보완적 이온 및 전하 이동 통로를 제공하여 다양한 범위의 극성을 가지는 휘발성 유기화합물의 전기저항 특성을 구별할 수 있다. 또한, 유기 전자 멀티 센서는 광학적 신호에 따라 파장별 광을 감지하고, 열적신호에 따라 온도를 전기적 신호로 변환하여 각 환경변화를 감지할 수 있다.
