Abstract:

(EN)Disclosed is an online product sales system and method convertible between sales and auction modes. The present invention comprises: a seller terminal for receiving, as an input, the highest auction price, the lowest auction price, and an auction duration for a product, and transmitting the same; a product sales server convertible between sales and auction modes, comprising a product registration module for receiving, from the seller terminal, the highest auction price, the lowest auction price, and the auction duration so as to register and post the same thereon, a buy-it-now price reception module for receiving a buy-it-now price corresponding to the registered and posted highest auction price, a proposed bid price reception module for receiving a proposed bid price which is higher than the registered and posted lowest auction price and is lower than the registered and posted highest auction price, an auction execution module for awarding the bid to a purchaser who has proposed the highest bid price among proposed bid prices which are higher than the registered and posted lowest auction price and are lower than the registered and posted highest auction price, and a product sales module for, when the buy-it-now price reception module receives the buy-it-now price for a product, immediately selling the product to a corresponding purchaser at the received buy-it-now price and for selling the product at the relevant proposed bid price to the purchaser to whom the auction execution module has awarded the bid; and a purchaser terminal for receiving, as an input, a buy-it-now price for a product registered and posted on the product registration module and transmitting the same to the buy-it-now price reception module, or for receiving, as an input, a proposed bid price for a product registered and posted on the product registration module and transmitting the same to the proposed bid price reception module.
(FR)La présente invention concerne un système de vente de produit en ligne convertible entre des modes de vente et de vente aux enchères et un procédé associé. Le système d'après la présente invention comprend : un terminal de vendeur conçu pour recevoir à titre d'entrée le prix de vente aux enchères le plus élevé, le prix de vente aux enchères le plus bas et une durée de vente aux enchères associés à un produit et pour les transmettre ; et un serveur de vente de produit convertible entre des modes de vente et de vente aux enchères. Ledit serveur comprend : un module d'enregistrement de produit permettant de recevoir, en provenance du terminal de vendeur, le prix de vente aux enchères le plus élevé, le prix de vente aux enchères le plus bas et la durée de vente aux enchères de façon à les enregistrer et à les poster sur le serveur ; un module de réception de prix d'achat immédiat permettant de recevoir un prix d'achat immédiat correspondant au prix de vente aux enchères le plus élevé enregistré et posté ; un module de réception de prix d'offre proposé permettant de recevoir un prix d'offre proposé se situant entre le prix de vente aux enchères le plus bas enregistré et posté et le prix de vente aux enchères le plus élevé enregistré et posté ; un module d'exécution de vente aux enchères permettant d'octroyer l'offre à un acheteur qui a proposé le prix d'offre le plus élevé parmi les prix d'offre proposés se situant entre le prix de vente aux enchères le plus bas enregistré et posté et le prix de vente aux enchères le plus élevé enregistré et posté ; et un module de vente de produit permettant, lorsque le module de réception de prix d'achat immédiat reçoit le prix d'achat immédiat d'un produit, de vendre immédiatement le produit à un acheteur correspondant au prix d'achat immédiat reçu et de vendre le produit au prix d'offre proposé associé à l'acheteur auquel le module d'exécution de vente aux enchères a octroyé l'offre. La présente invention comprend également un terminal d'acheteur conçu pour recevoir à titre d'entrée un prix d'achat immédiat relatif à un produit enregistré et posté sur le module d'enregistrement de produit et pour le transmettre au module de réception de prix d'achat immédiat ou pour recevoir à titre d'entrée un prix d'offre proposé relatif à un produit enregistré et posté sur le module d'enregistrement de produit et pour le transmettre au module de réception de prix d'offre proposé.
