Abstract:
(EN) A piezoelectric transformer (101) is provided with a base (1), and an upper layer (15) supported by the base (1). The upper layer (15) includes a first piezoelectric layer (3) disposed so as to include a portion sandwiched by an output electrode (2) and an intermediate electrode (4), and a second piezoelectric layer (5) disposed so as to include a portion sandwiched by the intermediate electrode (4) and an input electrode (6) at each of at least n vibration units (9a to 9d) while being disposed so as to overlap the first piezoelectric layer (3). The input electrode (6) includes input electrode pieces (6a to 6d), and the output electrode (2) includes output electrode pieces (2a to 2d). The second piezoelectric layer (5) is polarized in a fixed direction. The input electrode pieces (6a to 6d) are wired such that it is possible to apply, to each of a first input electrode piece group and a second input electrode piece group, a voltage that will have a reverse phase with reference to the electric potential of the intermediate electrode (4).
(FR) Un transformateur piézoélectrique (101) est pourvu d'un matériau de base (1), et d'une couche supérieure (15) supportée par le matériau de base (1). La couche supérieure (15) comprend une première couche piézoélectrique (3) disposée de manière à comprendre une portion prise en sandwich par une électrode de sortie (2) et une électrode intermédiaire (4), et une seconde couche piézoélectrique (5) disposée de manière à comprendre une portion prise en sandwich par l'électrode intermédiaire (4) et une électrode d'entrée (6) au niveau de chacune d'au moins n unités de vibration (9a à 9d) tout en étant disposée de manière à chevaucher la première couche piézoélectrique (3). L'électrode d'entrée (6) comprend des pièces d'électrode d'entrée (6a à 6d), et l'électrode de sortie (2) comprend des pièces d'électrode de sortie (2a à 2d). La seconde couche piézoélectrique (5) est polarisée dans une direction fixe. Les pièces d'électrode d'entrée (6a à 6d) sont câblées de telle sorte qu'il est possible d'appliquer, à chacun d'un premier groupe d'éléments d'électrode d'entrée et d'un second groupe d'éléments d'électrode d'entrée, une tension qui aura une phase inverse en référence au potentiel électrique de l'électrode intermédiaire (4).
