Abstract:
(EN) Provided is a method for manufacturing a wavelength conversion member with which it is possible to obtain a wavelength conversion member with a desired chromaticity with a high degree of accuracy. The method is for manufacturing a wavelength conversion member 1 containing phosphor particles 3 and is characterized by comprising a step of acquiring correlation between the chromaticity and the thickness of a plate-shaped base material containing phosphor particles, and a step of determining target thickness corresponding to target chromaticity for the wavelength conversion member 1 on the basis of the correlation between the chromaticity and the thickness, and grinding the plate-shaped base material to the target thickness.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'un élément de conversion de longueur d'onde avec lequel il est possible d'obtenir un élément de conversion de longueur d'onde avec une chromaticité désirée avec un degré élevé de précision. Le procédé de fabrication d'un élément de conversion de longueur d'onde contenant des particules de phosphore est caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend une étape consistant à acquérir une corrélation entre la chromaticité et l'épaisseur d'un matériau de base en forme de plaque contenant des particules de phosphore, et une étape de détermination de l'épaisseur cible correspondant à la chromaticité cible pour l'élément de conversion de longueur d'onde 1 sur la base de la corrélation entre la chromaticité et l'épaisseur, et à broyer le matériau de base en forme de plaque à l'épaisseur cible.
(JA) 所望とする色度の波長変換部材を精度良く得ることを可能とする、波長変換部材の製造方法を提供する。 蛍光体粒子3を含む波長変換部材1の製造方法であって、蛍光体粒子を含む板状母材における色度と厚みとの相関関係を求める工程と、色度と厚みとの相関関係をもとに、得られる波長変換部材1の目標色度に対応する目標厚みを定め、該目標厚みまで板状母材を研磨する工程と、を備えることを特徴としている。
