Abstract:
(EN) The present invention provides a cyclohexyl (meth)acrylate composition having high curing sensitivity by UV rays, and a UV-curable ink jet ink, a UV-curable pressure-sensitive adhesive, or a UV-curable adhesive containing the cyclohexyl (meth)acrylate composition. This cyclohexyl (meth)acrylate composition is characterized by having cyclohexyl (meth)acrylate represented by general formula (1) as the main ingredient and by the content of cyclohexanol represented by general formula (2) that is a raw material of the cyclohexyl (meth)acrylate being 0.8 mol% or less. (In the formula, R1 is hydrogen or a methyl group, R2-R11 each independently are hydrogen or a C1-4 alkyl group.)
(FR) La présente invention concerne une composition de (méth)acrylate de cyclohexyle possédant une sensibilité élevée au durcissement par des rayons UV, et une encre pour jet d'encre durcissable aux UV, un adhésif sensible à la pression durcissable aux UV, ou un adhésif durcissable aux UV comprenant la composition de (méth)acrylate de cyclohexyle. Cette composition de (méth)acrylate de cyclohexyle est caractérisée en ce qu'elle possède du (méth)acrylate de cyclohexyle représenté par la formule générale (1) comme ingrédient principal et caractérisée par une teneur en cyclohexanol représenté par la formule générale (2), qui est une matière première du (méth)acrylate de cyclohexyle, de 0,8 % en moles ou moins. (Dans la formule, R1 est un atome d'hydrogène ou un groupe méthyle, R2 à R11 sont chacun indépendamment un atome d'hydrogène ou un groupe alkyle en C1-4.)
(JA) 本発明は、紫外線による硬化感度が高いシクロヘキシル(メタ)アクリレート組成物、及び当該シクロヘキシル(メタ)アクリレート組成物を含む紫外線硬化型インクジェット用インク、紫外線硬化型粘着剤、又は紫外線硬化型接着剤を提供する。本発明のシクロヘキシル(メタ)アクリレート組成物は、下記一般式(1)で表されるシクロヘキシル(メタ)アクリレートを主成分としており、前記シクロヘキシル(メタ)アクリレートの原料である下記一般式(2)で表されるシクロヘキサノールの含有量が0.8モル%以下であることを特徴とする。 (式中、Rは水素又はメチル基であり、R~R11はそれぞれ独立に水素又は炭素数1~4のアルキル基である。)
