Abstract:
(EN) The invention relates to an adhesive dual-component composition based on polyurethane, comprising an -NCO component and an -OH component such that: the -NCO component is a composition comprising: A) at least one polyurethane prepolymer comprising at least two NCO terminal groups obtained by the polyaddition reaction of at least one dissymmetric diisocyanate monomer and at least one diol, and B) at least one triisocyanate selected from isocyanurates, biurets, diisocyanate and triol adducts, and the mixtures thereof; the -OH component is a composition comprising at least one polyol; at least one of the polyols or diols is selected from polyether polyols (or polyether diols); at least one of the polyols or diols is selected from polyester polyols (or polyester diols); and the weight ratio of the quantity of polyether polyol(s) to the quantity of polyester polyol(s), defined as r4, ranges from 0.6 to 2.2. The invention also relates to a method for producing a multi-layer structure implementing an adhesive composition according to the invention, and to the use of such a structure in the field of flexible packaging.
(FR) La présente invention concerne une composition adhésive bicomposante à base de polyuréthane comprenant un composant –NCO et un composant –OH tels que: - le composant - NCO est une composition comprenant: A) au moins un prépolymère de polyuréthane comportant au moins deux groupements terminaux NCO obtenu par réaction de polyaddition: - d'au moins un monomère diisocyanate dissymétrique et - d'au moins un diol, B) au moins un triisocyanate choisi parmi les isocyanurates, les biurets, les adduits de diisocyanates et de triols, et leurs mélanges, -l e composant -OH est une composition comprenant au moins un polyol, - au moins un des polyols ou diols est choisi parmi les polyéther polyols (ou polyéther diols), - au moins un des polyols ou diols est choisi parmi les polyester polyols (ou polyester diols), et - le rapport pondéral de la quantité de polyéther polyol(s) sur la quantité de polyester polyol(s), noté r4, va de 0,6 à 2,2. La présente invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'une structure multicouche mettant en œuvre une composition adhésive selon l'invention, ainsi que l'utilisation d'une telle structure dans le domaine de l'emballage flexible.
