Abstract:
(EN) The invention relates to a device for controlling the temperature of workpieces (16), in particular for drying vehicle bodies (18), comprising a housing (20), a temperature-controlling tunnel (22) which is accommodated in the housing (20), and a temperature-controlling system (86, 94) for controlling the temperature of workpieces (12). The temperature-controlling system (86, 94) comprises a full-space temperature-controlling device (86), by means of which the temperature of a workpiece as a whole can be controlled, and a local temperature-controlling device (94), by means of which the temperature of locally delimited regions (18a, 18b, 18c) of the workpiece (16) can be controlled and which comprises multiple temperature-controlling units (96) that can be activated and actuated independently of one another for this purpose. The full-space temperature-controlling device (86) and the local temperature-controlling device (94) are provided in the temperature-controlling tunnel (22) such that a workpiece (16) at least within an active section (98) in the temperature-controlling tunnel (22) can be under the influence of both the full-space temperature-controlling device (86) as well as the local temperature-controlling device (94). A system (14) and a method for controlling the temperature of workpieces (16) are additionally provided.
(FR) L’invention concerne un dispositif servant à réguler la température de pièces (16), en particulier pour le séchage de carrosseries de véhicule (18), comportant un boîtier (20), un tunnel de régulation thermique (22) monté dans le boîtier (20), et un système de régulation thermique (86, 94) servant à réguler la température des pièces (16). Le système de régulation thermique (86, 94) comprend un dispositif de régulation thermique intégrale (86) qui permet de réguler une pièce en totalité, et un dispositif de régulation thermique locale (94) qui permet de réguler de manière ciblée la température de parties localement délimitées (18a, 18b, 18c) des pièces (16) et qui comprend à cette fin plusieurs unités de régulation thermique (96) pouvant être activées et commandées indépendamment les unes des autres. Le dispositif de régulation thermique intégrale (86) et le dispositif de régulation thermique locale (94) sont agencés dans le tunnel de régulation thermique (22) de telle manière qu’une pièce (16) peut, au moins dans une section active (98) dans le tunnel de régulation thermique (22), se trouver soumise à la fois à l’action du dispositif de régulation thermique intégrale (86) et à l’action du dispositif de régulation thermique locale (94). L’invention concerne en outre un système (14) et un procédé permettant de réguler la température de pièces (16).
(DE) Eine Vorrichtung zum Temperieren von Werkstücken (16), insbesondere zum Trocknen von Fahrzeugkarosserien (18), umfasst ein Gehäuse (20), einen in dem Gehäuse (20) untergebrachten Temperiertunnel (22) und ein Temperiersystem (86, 94) zum Temperieren der Werkstücke (12). Das Temperiersystem (86, 94) umfasst eine Vollraum-Temperiereinrichtung (86), mittels welcher ein Werkstück als Ganzes temperiert werden kann, und eine Lokal-Temperiereinrichtung (94), mittels welcher lokal begrenzte Bereiche (18a, 18b, 18c) der Werkstücke (16) gezielt temperierbar sind und welche hierzu mehrere unabhängig voneinander aktivierbare und ansteuerbare Temperiereinheiten (96) umfasst. Die Vollraum-Temperiereinrichtung (86) und die Lokal-Temperiereinrichtung (94) sind derart in dem Temperiertunnel (22) vorgesehen, dass ein Werkstück (16) zumindest innerhalb eines Wirkabschnitts (98) in dem Temperiertunnel (22) unter dem Einfluss sowohl der Vollraum-Temperiereinrichtung (86) als auch der Lokal-Temperiereinrichtung (94) stehen kann. Außerdem sind eine Anlage (14) und eine Verfahren zum Temperieren von Werkstücke (16) angegeben.
