Abstract:
(EN) The invention relates to a method for arranging a protective coating for a thermally stressed structure, having at least one layer of alpha-aluminium oxide or of element-modified alpha-aluminium oxide, and wherein the protective coating is applied by reactive cathodic arc vaporization. The invention further relates to a protective coating produced by the method and to a component having a protective coating.
(FR) Revêtement protecteur d’une structure soumise à une sollicitation thermique. L’invention concerne un procédé d’application d’un revêtement protecteur sur une structure soumise à une sollicitation thermique, comprenant au moins une couche d’oxyde d’aluminium alpha ou d’oxyde d’aluminium alpha modifié par un élément diffusant, le revêtement protecteur étant appliqué par évaporation à l’arc cathodique réactive. L’invention concerne également un revêtement protecteur réalisé selon le procédé et un composant pourvu d’un revêtement protecteur.
(DE) Schutzbeschichtung für eine thermisch beanspruchte Struktur Es wird ein Verfahren zum Anordnen einer Schutzbeschichtung für eine thermisch beanspruchte Struktur bereitgestellt, die mindestens eine Schicht aus alpha-Aluminiumoxid oder aus elementmodifiziertem alpha-Aluminiumoxid aufweist, und wobei die Schutzbeschichtung durch reaktive kathodische Funkenverdampfung aufgetragen wird. Weiterhin werden eine durch das Verfahren hergestellte Schutzbeschichtung und ein Bauteil mit einer Schutzbeschichtung bereitgestellt.
