Abstract:
Metal ion modified black phosphorus, preparation method therefor and application thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: placing black phosphorus raw materials in a metal ion organic solution; performing impregnation at a temperature of 0-50°C for 5 min to 2 h; and then blow-drying in a protective gas, thereby preparing metal ion modified black phosphorus. The present invention further provides metal ion modified black phosphorus prepared by the preparation method, and the application of the metal ion modified black phosphorus in thin-film transistor materials, battery negative electrode materials, flexible display materials, light emitting diode materials, optical switch materials, and biosensor materials. By using a metal ion, the metal ion modified black phosphorus can achieve improved stability in structure and performance in the coexistence of water and oxygen and enhanced antioxidant ability, without changing its intrinsic properties.
