Abstract:
An active-avoidance based anti-impact electrical cabinet, comprising a back plate (7), a bottom plate (8), a top plate (9), a side plate (10), a front plate (11), element mounting shells (12), avoiding mechanisms (13), connecting supports (14), a guide rail (15), a cross beam (16), and an avoiding slider (17). A plurality of element mounting shells (12) are connected with one another by means of the connecting supports (14) and are all mounted on the cross beam (16), the cross beam (16) sliding in a guide rail groove (19) of the guide rail (15) by means of the avoiding slider (17). The element mounting shells (12) are connected with the front plate (11) and the back plate (7) by means of four avoiding mechanisms (13). When the front plate (11) or the back plate (7) is deformed under an impact force, the neighboring avoiding mechanisms (13) are disengaged, and then two sides of the element mounting shells (12) lose equilibrium and the element mounting shells (12) are moved to the other side under the action of a pulling force of the avoiding mechanisms (13) at the other side. As a result, the element mounting shells (12) as a whole is away from the impact point, thereby protecting the element mounting shells (12). The electrical cabinet uses the failure of the avoiding mechanisms (13) triggered by an impact, so that the element mounting shells (12) are moved, thus avoiding the impact. Moreover, the electrical cabinet has good practical effect.
