Abstract:
A washing and treating system and method for fermentation odor and combustion flue gas comprises an odor and flue gas washing tower (205), a biological deodorizing filter (209), a multi-functional biomass combustion boiler (201), a liquid fermentation reactor (202), a solid fermentation reactor (203), circulation pumps (204a, 204b), an exhaust fan (207) and a draft fan (206), wherein a top end cover of the odor and flue gas washing tower is provided with an exhaust port (104); a liquid inlet (105), an air inlet (108), and a liquid discharge port (110) are provided on a side wall of the tank body; a hanging basket (107) is provided within the tank body, the hanging basket being filled with an organic filler and/or an inorganic filler; the chamber of the washing tower is divided into a liquid inlet separating chamber, a filler layer, a gas chamber and a liquids accumulation chamber (101) from top to bottom; the supernatant of the upper part of the liquid fermentation reactor is connected with the liquid inlet of the washing tower; and flue gas of the biomass combustion boiler is connected with the gas inlet of the washing tower; the exhaust gas of the washing tower is connected with the biological deodorizing filter; the exhaust gas of the liquid fermentation reactor and the solid fermentation reactor is connected with the washing tower; the exhaust liquid of the washing tower is connected with the liquid fermentation reactor. This system and method are effective in solving the fermentation odor and combustion flue gas treatment problem, being environmentally friendly and energy-efficient.
