Abstract:
(EN) An injection-type burning device capable of preventing airflow blowback, comprising multiple layers of protective covers (10, 12, 14, 16) and multiple layers of venturi burners (18, 20, 22, 24) that are arranged in the vertical direction; each layer of protective covers (10, 12, 14, 16) is closed in the circumferential direction to form a flame cavity provided with an upper opening and a lower opening; in two adjacent layers of protective covers (10, 12, 14, 16) in the vertical direction, the radial width of the protective cover at the upper layer is greater than that of the protective cover at the next layer, so that an injection zone in fluid communication with the flame cavities is formed between the two adjacent layers of protective covers (10, 12, 14, 16). The multiple layers of venturi burners (18, 20, 22, 24) comprise a bottom layer of venturi burners (18) arranged in the protective cover (10) at the lowest layer, and at least one layer of venturi burners (20, 22, 24) arranged in the protective covers (12, 14, 16) at the upper layer. The injection-type burning device further comprises a partition plate (26) used for preventing flame in the upper layers of protective covers from blowbacking downwards, and the partition plate (26) is located below the flame ends of the bottom layer of venturi burners (18) to divide the flame cavity into an upper flame zone and a lower flameless zone. The burning device is simple in structure and can effectively prevent flame blowback.
(FR) L'invention concerne un dispositif de combustion à injection pouvant empêcher le retour de l'écoulement d'air, le dispositif comprenant de multiples couches de revêtements de protection (10, 12, 14, 16) et de multiples couches de brûleurs à effet Venturi (18, 20, 22, 24) disposées dans la direction verticale; chaque couche de revêtements de protection (10, 12, 14, 16) est fermée dans la direction circonférentielle afin de former une cavité de flamme munie d'une ouverture supérieure et d'une ouverture inférieure; dans deux couches adjacentes de revêtements de protection (10, 12, 14, 16) dans la direction vertical, la largeur radiale du revêtement de protection au niveau de la couche supérieure est plus grande que celle du revêtement de protection au niveau de la couche suivante, de sorte qu'une zone d'injection en communication fluidique avec les cavités de flamme soit formée entre les deux couches adjacentes de revêtements de protection (10, 12, 14, 16). Les multiples couches de brûleurs à effet Venturi (18, 20, 22, 24) comprennent une couche inférieure de brûleurs à effet Venturi (18) disposée dans le revêtement de protection (10) au niveau de la couche la plus basse, et au moins une couche de brûleurs à effet Venturi (20, 22, 24) disposée dans les revêtements de protection (12, 14, 16) au niveau de la couche supérieure.
