Abstract:
(EN) A method and system are described that provide responses to natural language queries regarding the performance of a business. The method and system processes data from multiple data sources including information generated by the business and analyzes the data to provide actionable suggestions as to how to determine how to improve the performance of the business. The use of natural language queries allows for a merchant without a business intelligence background obtain these insights easily.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé et un système qui fournissent des réponses à des demandes en langage naturel se rapportant aux performances d'une entreprise. Le procédé et le système traitent des données provenant de sources de données multiples, y compris des informations générées par l'entreprise et analysent les données afin de fournir des suggestions utilisables quant à la manière de déterminer comment améliorer les performances de l'entreprise. L'utilisation de demandes en langage naturel permet à un marchand sans bagages de connaissances commerciales d'obtenir facilement ces aperçus.
