Abstract

There is provided a molecularly imprinted polymer (MIP) sensor for sensing a hydrophobic target molecule, comprising a MIP film comprising a hydrophobic polymer host, such as polyvinylidene difluoride (PVDF) or polystyrene (PS), with one or more binding sites for one or more target molecules, such as parathion methyl (PTM); and a sensing substrate, such as mass sensitive quartz crystal microbalance (QCM). The MIP film is coated on a surface of a sensing substrate. There is also provided a method of making the MIP sensor and a method for detecting/quantifying a target molecule using the MIP sensor.

L'invention concerne un capteur de polymère à empreinte moléculaire (MIP) pour détecter une molécule cible hydrophobe, comprenant un film de MIP comprenant un hôte polymère hydrophobe, tel que du difluorure de polyvinylidène (PVDF) ou du polystyrène (PS), avec un ou plusieurs sites de liaison pour une ou plusieurs molécules cibles, telles que le méthyle de parathion (PTM) ; et un substrat de détection, tel qu'une microbalance à cristal de quartz sensible à la masse (QCM). Le film de MIP est déposé sur une surface d'un substrat de détection. L'invention concerne également un procédé de fabrication du capteur de MIP et un procédé de détection/quantification d'une molécule cible à l'aide du capteur de MIP.
