Abstract:
(EN) A thermosetting powder paint containing solid resin, hardener, texturing agent, additives, fillers and optionally pigments, is characterised in that the texturing agent (in an amount ranging from 1 to 20% by weight, with a melting point from 160 to 260 °C and a mean particle size (d50) from 30 to 300 μm) is a micronised polyamide wax or previously micronised acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene (ABS). The resin (10 to 90% by weight) is namely an amorphous polyester with OH functionality, the hardener is an unblocked uretdione polyisocyanate or a polyisocyanate blocked with ε-caprolactam, or an amorphous polyester with COOH functionality, or a β-hydroxyalkylamide (CAS 6334-25-4), TGIC (triglycidylisocyanurate - CAS 2451-62-9), a multifunctional glycidyl ester (CAS 7195- 44-0/CAS 7237-83-4) or GMA (glycidyl methacrylate). The invention also relates to the methods of producing and using the powder paint and to the corresponding coating having a dry film thickness from 30 to 150 μm.
(FR) L'invention concerne une peinture en poudre thermodurcissable contenant une résine solide, un agent durcissant, un agent texturant, des additifs, des charges et éventuellement des pigments, caractérisée en ce que l’agent texturant (en quantité comprise entre 1 et 20% en poids, avec un point de fusion compris entre 160 et 260°C et une taille particulaire moyenne (d50) comprise entre 30 et 300 μm) est une cire de polyamide micronisée ou de l’acrylonitrile butadiène styrène (ABS) préalablement micronisé. La nature de la résine (10 à 90% en poids) est, nommément, polyester amorphe, fonctionnalité OH, l’agent durcissant étant du type polyisocyanate d’uréthdione non bloqué ou du type polyisocyanate e-caprolactame bloqué, ou polyester amorphe, fonctionnalité COOH, l’agent durcissant étant du type β-hydroxylalkylamide (CAS 6334-25-4), TGIC (triglycidylisocyanurate - CAS 2451-62-9), du type glycidylester multifonctionnel (CAS 7195- 44-0/CAS 7237-83-4) ou du type acrylique GMA (glycidyl-méthacrylate). L'invention concerne également les procédés de fabrication et d’application de cette peinture en poudre, ainsi que le revêtement correspondant, dont l’épaisseur à sec est comprise entre 30 et 150 μm.
(PT) Tinta em pó termoendurecível, contendo resina sólida, endurecedor, agente de textura, aditivos, cargas e eventualmente pigmentos, caracterizada por o agente de textura (numa quantidade entre 1 e 20% em peso, com ponto de fusão entre 160 e 260ºC e tamanho de partícula médio (d50) entre 30 e 300 μm) ser uma cera de poliamida micronizada ou Acrilonitrilo-Butadieno-Estireno (ABS) previamente micronizado. A natureza da resina (10 a 90% em peso) é, designadamente, poliéster amorfo, funcionalidade OH, sendo o endurecedor do tipo poli-isocianato de uretdiona não bloqueado ou do tipo poli-isocianato e-caprolactama bloqueado, ou poliéster amorfo, funcionalidade COOH, sendo o endurecedor do tipo β-hidroxilalquilamida (CAS 6334-25-4), TGIC (triglicidilisocianurato – CAS 2451-62-9), do tipo glicidilester multifuncional (CAS 7195- 44-0/CAS 7237-83-4) ou do tipo acrílico GMA (Glicidil meta-acrilato). A invenção respeita também aos processos de fabrico e de aplicação da tinta em pó e ao correspondente revestimento com espessura a seco entre 30 e 150μm.
