(EN) The electromagnetic wave plasma torch according to the present invention comprises: a plasma generation unit; a microwave generation unit for transmitting microwaves to the plasma generation unit; a plasma source gas injection unit for injecting a plasma source gas into the plasma generation unit; a microwave transmission line for the transmission of the microwaves to the plasma generation unit; a circular resonator which is provided in the plasma generation unit, is provided at an end of the microwave transmission line in TE10 mode so as to induce a magnetic field, and converts to TM0m0 mode in which the induced magnetic field induces an electric field to a central part, thereby generating plasma; and a circular waveguide in TM01 mode so that the plasma generated by interactions in TE10 mode, TM0m0 mode, and/or coaxial mode absorbs all electromagnetic waves so as to allow for plasma generation without any loss, thereby enabling natural ignition, thus electrodelessly generating plasma, and having the effect of reducing inconvenience arising from maintenance, such as electrode replacement and electrode contaminant removal. (FR) La torche à plasma à ondes électromagnétiques selon la présente invention comprend : une unité de génération de plasma ; une unité de génération de micro-ondes permettant de transmettre des micro-ondes à l'unité de génération de plasma ; une unité d'injection de gaz de source de plasma permettant d'injecter un gaz de source de plasma dans l'unité de génération de plasma ; une ligne de transmission de micro-ondes pour la transmission des micro-ondes à l'unité de génération de plasma ; un résonateur circulaire qui est disposé dans l'unité de génération de plasma, est disposé à une extrémité de la ligne de transmission de micro-ondes en mode TE10 de manière à induire un champ magnétique, et passe en mode TM0m0 dans lequel le champ magnétique induit induit un champ électrique vers une partie centrale, générant ainsi un plasma ; et un guide d'ondes circulaire en mode TM01 de sorte que le plasma généré par les interactions en mode TE10, en mode TM0m0, et/ou en mode coaxial absorbe toutes les ondes électromagnétiques de manière à permettre une génération de plasma sans perte, ce qui permet d'obtenir un allumage naturel, générant ainsi un plasma par induction, et ayant pour effet de réduire les inconvénients dus à la maintenance, tels que le remplacement des électrodes et l'élimination des contaminants des électrodes.
