Abstract

The present invention relates to a recombinant vector system using a polynucleotide coding for a P domain of a coat protein (CP) derived from Turnip crinkle virus (TCV), and a use thereof. It is considered that when the recombinant vector of the present invention is used, a desired gene can be efficiently silenced, thereby enabling the innate function of the gene to be researched, and being very useful to investigations of economically valuable and useful genes.

La présente invention concerne un système de vecteur recombinant utilisant un polynucléotide codant pour un domaine P d'une protéine de revêtement (CP) dérivée du virus du rabougrissement du navet (Turnip crinkle virus TCV) et une utilisation correspondante. On considère que lorsque le vecteur recombinant de la présente invention est utilisé, un gène souhaité peut être efficacement inactivé, ce qui permet la recherche de la fonction innée du gène et est très utile pour la recherche de gènes précieux et utiles d'un point de vie économique.

본 발명은 TCV(Turnip crinkle virus) 유래 CP(coat protein)의 P 도메인을 코딩하는 폴리뉴클레오티드를 이용한 재조합 벡터 시스템 및 이의 용도에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 재조합 벡터를 이용함으로써 원하는 유전자를 효율적으로 침묵(silencing)시켜 유전자의 고유 기능 연구를 가능하게 할 뿐만 아니라, 경제적으로 가치 있는 유용 유전자들의 탐색에 매우 유용할 것으로 여겨진다.
