(KO) 아세토페논이 포함된 혼합물로부터 선택적 산화반응을 통한 벤조산의 제조방법
Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a method for producing benzoic acid by selectively oxidizing acetophenone in the presence of an acetic acid solvent and a manganese salt catalyst, can produce benzoic acid in a high yield through an economical method by using an acetophenone mixture containing by-products, such as dipropylene glycol or tripropylene glycol, to be generated during processing, and, afterwards, can further efficiently produce benzoic acid by recycling a part of the produced benzoic acid.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé permettant de produire de l'acide benzoïque par oxydation sélective d'acétophénone en présence d'un solvant d'acide acétique et d'un catalyseur de sel de manganèse. L'acide benzoïque est produit avec un rendement élevé grâce à un procédé économique en utilisant un mélange d'acétophénone contenant des sous-produits, par exemple le dipropylène glycol ou le tripropylène glycol, pour être généré pendant le traitement, de l'acide benzoïque étant ensuite efficacement produit en recyclant une partie de l'acide benzoïque produit.
(KO) 본 발명은 아세트산 용매 및 망간염 촉매의 존재하에 아세토페논을 선택적으로 산화시켜 벤조산을 생성하는 방법에 관한 것으로서, 공정에서 발생하는 디프로필렌글리콜 또는 트리프로필렌글리콜 등과 같은 부산물을 혼합한 아세토페논 혼합물을 이용하여 높은 수율의 벤조산을 경제적인 방법으로 생성할 수 있으며, 이후 생성된 벤조산을 일부 재활용하여 벤조산을 더 효율적으로 생산할 수 있다.
