Abstract:
(EN) Disclosed are a method for manufacturing a vacuum insulation glass panel and a device for closing a sealing cap, the method and the device being for exhausting air between two glass panels and sealing the same. The device for closing the sealing cap, of the present invention, comprises a clamping unit, a holder, and a lifting device. The clamping unit has: an exhaust hole formed at one edge of the lower surface of a glass panel assembly; and a guide hole clamped to the edge of the adjacent glass panel assembly and formed to be aligned with the exhaust hole. The holder has the sealing cap, which is mounted in the guide hole so as to be movable along the guide hole, and on which glass soldering for closing the exhaust hole is applied. The lifting device moves the holder along the guide hole so as to press the sealing cap around the exhaust hole, such that the exhaust hole is closed by the sealing cap. The method for manufacturing a vacuum insulation glass panel, according to the present invention, heats the glass solder applied on the sealing cap before being put into a vacuum chamber, and then presses, by the operation of the lifting device, the sealing cap put into the vacuum chamber so as to join the sealing cap around the exhaust hole. According to the present invention, the holder having the sealing cap is mounted in the clamping unit, and then the clamping unit is clamped to the glass panel assembly, thereby enabling the exhaust hole to be accurately closed with the sealing cap.
(FR) L'invention porte sur un procédé de fabrication d'un panneau de verre isolant sous vide et sur un dispositif de fermeture d'un capuchon d'étanchéité, le procédé et le dispositif étant destinés à évacuer l'air entre deux panneaux de verre et à sceller lesdits deux panneaux de verre. Le dispositif de fermeture du capuchon d'étanchéité de la présente invention comprend une unité de serrage, un support et un dispositif de levage. L'unité de serrage comporte : un trou d'échappement formé au niveau d'un bord de la surface inférieure d'un ensemble panneau de verre ; et un trou de guidage fixé par serrage au bord de l'ensemble panneau de verre adjacent et formé pour être aligné avec le trou d'échappement. Le support comporte le capuchon d'étanchéité, qui est monté dans le trou de guidage de façon à pouvoir se déplacer le long du trou de guidage, et sur lequel est appliqué un soudage de verre destiné à fermer le trou d'échappement. Le dispositif de levage déplace le support le long du trou de guidage de façon à presser le capuchon d'étanchéité autour du trou d'échappement, de sorte que le trou d'échappement soit fermé par le capuchon d'étanchéité. Le procédé de fabrication d'un panneau de verre d'isolation sous vide, selon la présente invention, chauffe la soudure de verre appliquée sur le capuchon d'étanchéité avant d'être placée dans une chambre à vide, puis presse, par le fonctionnement du dispositif de levage, le capuchon d'étanchéité placé dans la chambre à vide de façon à assembler le capuchon d'étanchéité autour du trou d'échappement. Selon la présente invention, le support comportant le capuchon d'étanchéité est monté dans l'unité de serrage, puis l'unité de serrage est fixée par serrage sur l'ensemble panneau de verre, ce qui permet de fermer avec précision le trou d'échappement avec le capuchon d'étanchéité.
(KO) 본 발명은 두 장의 판유리 사이의 공기를 배기하고 밀봉하기 위한 진공 단열 판유리의 제조 방법 및 밀봉 캡 폐쇄 장치를 개시한다. 본 발명의 밀봉 캡 폐쇄 장치는 클램핑 유닛, 홀더와 승강 장치로 구성되어 있다. 클램핑 유닛은 판유리 조립체의 아랫면 한쪽 가장자리에 형성되어 있는 배기구멍과 이웃하는 판유리 조립체의 가장자리에 클램핑되며, 배기구멍과 정렬되도록 형성되어 있는 가이드구멍을 갖는다. 홀더는 가이드구멍을 따라 운동할 수 있도록 가이드구멍에 장착되어 있고, 배기구멍을 폐쇄하기 위한 유리 땜납이 도포되어 있는 밀봉 캡을 보유한다. 승강 장치는 배기구멍이 밀봉 캡에 의해 폐쇄되도록 가이드구멍을 따라 홀더를 운동시켜 밀봉 캡을 배기구멍의 주위에 눌러준다. 본 발명에 따른 진공 단열 판유리의 제조 방법은, 밀봉 캡에 도포되어 있는 유리 땜납을 진공 체임버에 투입하기 전에 가열한 후, 진공 체임버 안에 투입된 밀봉 캡을 승강장치의 작동에 의해 눌러 배기구멍의 주위에 접합한다. 본발명에 의하면, 밀봉 캡을 보유하는 홀더를 클램핑 유닛에 장착한 후, 클램핑 유닛을 판유리 조립체에 클램핑함으로써, 밀봉 캡에 의해 배기구멍을 정확하게 폐쇄할 수 있다.
